這次出來住了四個酒店，鳳凰拙院我放在最後評論。老公很挑剔的一個人，出去很少住民宿，這次拗不過我，同意我選的鳳凰拙院，要求就是不臨江，衞生要好。提前加了店家微信，告知了民宿具體地址和交通。到了之後出來接，幫着拿行李。她家離南華橋很近，走着2分鐘就到了。雖然不臨江，但是出門走幾步就是江邊了，鬧中取靜，晚上和白天一點都不吵，比起那些臨江的民宿好太多了。民宿從院子到房間都很小資，喜歡她家的貓貓年糕，喜歡她家房檐上種的多肉。去吃了店裡推薦的餐廳，挺好吃的。這次老公很滿意，也改變了對民宿的看法，希望店家生意興隆，越來越好吧。

老闆服務很熱情，民宿裝扮很有特點，有可愛的布偶和大大的鱷龜。位於古城沱江中游位置，比較方便，環境也比較安靜，好評！

臨時從古城外的酒店換到古城內這家民宿，沒有失望，家人很滿意，是一家用心經營的高端民宿。位置環境:距離南華門很近，工作人員會提前聯繫接送，不用擔心找不到，小院子古色古香鬧中取靜，就算是在房間喝茶發呆，也是很舒服的。房間設施:按照高端民宿設計裝修，床品非常舒適，衞浴和傢俱設計合理，使用方便，毫無普通民宿的廉價感，而且維護非常用心，開業六年了沒有破損，很難得。服務方面:管家小妹很熱情，為客人考慮周到，每個細節都很用心，打擾衞生的阿姨也很親切，幹活兒非常認真，勝過很多酒店的保潔阿姨，接站，早餐，約車，晚安酸奶，寵物體驗，每一項都做的很到位，家裡人都很開心。唯一的不足是浴巾，因為天氣潮濕陰冷，浴巾也有種沒幹透的感覺，需要配置烘乾機才行。不過瑕不掩瑜，還是一家非常值得推薦的民宿，以後有機會還會再去。

家裡老爸老媽入住的這家民宿，非常滿意！環境優雅，乾淨衞生，配套設備齊全。店家服務特別細緻到位，提前聯繫了接站，幫忙拿行李，還贈送了水果。離店時民宿管家～波波，通知家裡的我，長者已經出發了，太貼心了！
民宿離停車的地方很近，距離沱江邊走路近，環境鬧中取靜。再去鳳凰古城還得來這家。

雖然是2018年的民宿，但衞生條件很好，服務相當到位，幫忙拿行李，還請我們喝了酒，介紹去哪玩，一切有求必應，小朋友還可以玩老闆養的各種小動物，很有意思。
晚上偶爾樓下過路的人素質很低，大晚上吵吵嚷嚷的，房間會有點吵，房間熱水有點不穩定，除此之外很不錯，推薦親子出行可以選他家，服務真的很到位！
