素履蓮花酒店是此次領着80多歲的媽媽鳳凰之旅的亮點，酒店給我們留下的印象更勝於鳳凰的美麗景色。從入住到離店的兩天時間給予了我們太多的感動。重點要説説酒店的管家莉莉，一個臉上洋溢着熱情微笑的苗條的女孩子，我們的車剛到酒店門口就迎了上來，從我們辦理入住到進到房間，全程都是她幫我拎着重重的行李箱，真的讓我非常的不好意思。看到媽媽80多歲，給我們辦理了房型升級，對我説長者出來旅行不容易，一定要給她最好的感受，從入住就讓我們心裏暖暖的，媽媽説真的是有賓至如歸，有一種回家的感覺，媽媽還説莉莉臉上的笑與別的酒店的管家不一樣，是熱情洋溢的，發自內心的笑。昨晚在酒店訂餐，莉莉看我們逛累了，安排人直接把餐送到房間，我們在陽台賞着沱江的美景用的晚餐，感覺太幸福了。入住酒店雖然沒有歡迎水果，但是每一個樓層的冷櫃裏都有免費的水果.飲料和礦泉水供應，隨便取食，水果的品質非常好，橘子超級甜。酒店的餐食也好吃，我們吃的酸菜魚，因為長者全部免辣，但是做的也相當入味。這兩天多次來回來回古城，酒店的車隨叫隨到，真的太方便了，離店時因為長者年齡大，給我們辦理了延時退房。總之，太多的讚賞和感動之詞難於言表。
現在酒店行業內卷的這麼嚴重，一個好的管家真的是酒店的招牌！全國各地的好酒店住過很多，但是像莉莉這麼素質高，腳踏實地，想顧客之所想的管家真的是從來沒有遇到過的！酒店的景色美，管家更美！最主要80多歲的媽媽住的舒適開心，是我們花多少錢都得不到的感受！再次感謝莉莉！感謝素履蓮花酒店！祝莉莉的事業步步高！祝素履蓮花財源廣進，發展的越來越好！

非常滿意的一次體驗。一家三口再加父母，一行五人來鳳凰旅遊，選擇這家評分很高的酒店，從入住前開始就主動電話安排接車，再到房間出了點小問題，又主動升級房型，三天的行程都有給出很好的建議，也幫忙訂票，有優惠位置也很好，管家小王一路也跟進得很好，大堂向經理也非常熱情，事事有迴應，件件有着落。一路上當地人都説我們訂的是當地最好的酒店，果然沒讓人失望。下次再去還住這裏，繼續保持水準哦！

A good place to stay in Fenghuang if you want to be away from the loud nighttime crowds. It's on the river but a 20 min walk from the crowded area. Excellent restaurant on site.
