Best 🫶 free shuttle to the train station, free fruits when I arrived , free buffet breakfast , and free delicacies given upon check out. These hotel is generous & it’s worth the penny. Location wise everything is walkable and nearby. Front desk was very nice & most of the staff. Restaurant is downstairs as well and open for lunch & dinner. There is also convenient store , spa, and lots more. Cleanliness 👍, spacious 👍 If you wanna have a great stay in Phoenix town. I highly recommend this hotel. 🫶

This hotel is conveniently located nearby the main bus station in a min walk. The building it’s a little fancy old which integrates into the old town. I would not say it’s the best hotel in the town since this is the only hotel I lived during my stay. However, it’s normal-norm hotel that I am comfortable with, with daily amenities and facilities.

Very clean room and prompt service upon calls. The staff were friendly, gave us free upgrades and early check-ins, and organized free transport to the railway station. Nice breakfast and it was a great deal. Special thanks to manager Liu Bing and Long Shengyou for their service.

All of us like the beautiful scenery of Feng Huang old Town, as well as the good service of this hotel & the general manager. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we come to Feng Huang Old town in future.

A very good hotel in Fenghuang Ancient City and one of the largest in the area. The location is very good, right at the Qifeng Square Station of the High-speed Railway Tourist Line. The hotel has a dedicated butler service. If you have any questions, you can go to the butler directly. Fruit and water are also given. When we finally left, we were given snacks and taken to the maglev station by car. Ctrip customers have VIP floors. Recommended to everyone.

I booked an ordinary twin room, but the room was surprisingly good. I thought the quilt and bath towel would get damp due to the recent rain, but it didn't happen at all, and it was very clean. The Ctrip housekeeper also gave me a small portion of fruit when I checked in. The peaches were delicious. When we left, we were supposed to be sent to the high-speed rail station for free, but because of the rain, there was water on the road and the car couldn't pass. The manager sent us to the maglev station, which was also very good, and we boarded the departing high-speed rail smoothly. In addition, the hotel has a very good location. I took the direct bus Line 1 and got off at Qifeng Square, which is right in front of the hotel. After going out, turn left to eat stone pot fish. After eating, we took a walk and arrived at Hongqiao. There was a performance at 8pm. After watching it for a while, we went down the ladder behind us to the Linshui tourist area. It was very convenient!
