位置特別好，在虹橋中路，進古城十分方便，酒店配套設施非常齊全，榮幸獲得升級，房間有乾衣機，旅途勞頓的衣服洗好，一夜就幹了，非常適合潮濕的雨季的五一，下次來鳳凰還有住這裏。

酒店挺好看，前台服務也不錯。就是衞生不太好，很多浮塵。位置離核心遊玩區還是有些遠，如果想看夜景遊玩，還是去住裏面的民宿吧。

酒店有地下停車庫，可以乘電梯直接上樓，不用在石板路上拖着行李艱難行走，極大的方便了自駕遊客人。房間還配有智能烘乾機，在湘西這樣潮濕的地方，這樣的設備給長途自駕的遊客帶來了很大的便捷。
雖然對酒店總體滿意，昨天給了全五分，又續訂了一天。但還是想提一點意見。酒店前台應該對周圍地形更熟悉一些，給外地自駕游來客提供一點行程便利。我們根據導航已經走到離酒店僅100多米的交叉路口，導航讓向右拐，走了100多米，覺得不對，衹好調頭電話諮詢，但客服僅有一句話，“你根據導航走”，我們衹能停車向行人問路，還好碰到好心人告訴我們往前走不遠。結果到酒店後收到了湖南交警警告短訊，説是違章停車，其實路口離酒店也就100米了，客服如果熱情一些稍加提示，我們就不至於多次問路違章停車了。
