Hotel just a short walk from NanHua Road entrance. Hotel along river blank. Have good river view. Con side is rather noisy. Noise from people and tour groups tour along river blank and pub music noise. Room wise is spacious,. Bed comfortable. Con is insect in room if previous occupant opened up window. Have a big moth flying around in the room

1. This hotel located in Fenghuang Ancient Town near on riverside. I can see river throught windows of my room. Near to all attraction points. There are a lot of nearby restaurants. 2. Decoration is modern and the room is very convenient. 3. Owner is very nice and helpful. He provided calling taxi to drop me at Fenghuanggucheng Tain Station for free after check out.

Took the highest balcony room. Our luggage were 21 kg each, staff were super helpful and friendly, took our luggage up and down 6 flights of stairs . Walk us through the map of Feng Huang . Have free 1x hotel transport to railway station . Will definitely be back here again! :)

The location and view is good. The owner provided free transportation from train station to and fro hotel. Hotel staff service is average and could be improved.

The hotel is located in a good area. It is not far from attractive points. The service is superb. The hotel picked up our group at the train station.

The hotel provides pick up service which is great as this location does not provide Didi. The owner of the hotel was very genuine and sincere, we arrived early and he helped us arranged an alternate room to check in and always greeted us with genuinity and a smile. We had a last minute change of travel plans and he helped us with our hotel booking and even help us with our luggage to the main road to get a taxi. It might be a beautiful 4 star hotel, but the service and experience is 5 star

The service of the host was amazing. He arranged for our transport from the railway station to the hotel and provided lots of recommendations for our meals there. There's nothing much to do here except enjoying the night view and taking lots of photos. I would say this is a good place to rest and relax for a day before continuing our trip. Just take note that there's no lift here but the staffs will bring your luggage up to your room for you so no worries there! The place is situated near the upper stream where it's quieter so light sleepers take note!😬

The hotel location is very good. Riverside but far from the noisy pub and bar in center of the town but can walk to central of loudness in 5-10min. All staff here are so nice. They provide a pick up and drop off service. And very easy to contact with via wechat. Rooms are new nice clean well decorated and can look over to see the river. Several beakfast shops are close to hotel like 1-2min. Highly recommend

Room and bedsheets are clean. Can get a good view from balcony. Location is good and great service from the boss and staff.

Beautiful scenery from the balcony and it’s right on the river walks. I can’t describe how friendly and hospitable the staff were. They were took care of us from the night that we checked in until the day of our departure. I don’t know what was the reception’s lady name was but she is such a sweet heart. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The landlady is very nice, the waiters are proactive and enthusiastic, and there is a bus pick-up from the station that leads directly to the B&B. You don’t have to find a place by yourself. The scenic spots are right at the door, which is very convenient.
