老闆真的是個很很很好的人 我們是凌晨四點左右開車到的 老闆還在等我們 在路邊接了我們告訴我們怎麼走 然後幫我們安排入住 還幫我們停好車子 幫我們把行李提上二樓
民宿整體環境好好👍一看就是店主用心設計過的 很精緻 還有小孩子的滑滑梯 樓上樓下都有個小庭院 可以供客人閑坐聊天 我們第二天睡醒點外賣 老闆還特意讓我們去一樓的小亭子吃飯 太陽沒那麼大 還特意幫我們準備好了電風扇 很涼快 店主真的超級貼心 一萬個贊！
房間也超級温馨舒服 而且非常非常乾淨 床品都很柔軟 衞生間乾淨整潔
價格也真是超級超級划算值得了！！下次去鳳凰一定一定還會來店主家的
離店後我把銀行卡忘在房間了 店主還給我打電話 説等下幫我放在門口的超市 方便我回程的時候順路拿走 真的無比為客人着想！誇誇誇！！！
再瘋狂推薦這個粉 來鳳凰的第一餐 超級好吃很入味！外賣點的 店名：劉記津市牛肉粉
最最最最後我看其他客人還體驗到了店主做的飯菜 那感覺真的超棒 下回去鳳凰 想嚐嚐老闆的手藝！我提前預約了！！

民宿在街後面，老闆帶着上去才找的到，樓梯上去時真的不舒服，特別臟，一度懷疑是不是被坑了，好在房間還行，但我們兩點以後入住老闆才匆忙的過來搞衞生，體驗感很差，房間佈置的還不錯，但晚上空調滴水聲真的影響睡眠。
