The hotel has an ideal location, breakfast is included and is ok, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, as well as having a very traditional style, it is a very cozy hotel. However, I want to highlight that what makes this hotel extraordinary is the service of all the people who work there. It is worth mentioning that I do not know a single word of Chinese, but this was not an impediment for us to be able to communicate, in addition to being They anticipate your needs as a foreigner, they even helped us talk to the hotel that was going to be in another city so that they wouldn't cancel our reservation, since we were going to arrive very late.
I thank them very much for their help, being so far from home (Mexico) they were wonderfully homely.

位置絕佳，到停車場有接送服務，酒店內有電梯方便長者上下，服務還不錯。
定的景觀房，前台提醒，酒吧街會有一些吵。。。雖然有準備，但是真的吵啊，感覺房間都在動次動次。。還好11：30後就安靜了。
設施一般，淋浴非常小，小到無法洗澡。。早餐非常一般。

酒店地處鳳凰古城中心位置，大堂出門就是沱江，酒店算是景區內好的酒店了吧，雖然設備有點陳舊了。有一項特別貼心的服務就是酒店會派師傅接送客人去就近的乘車位置，我回程時候龍玉興師傅因為體諒我們兩位女生，熱心為我們策劃路線，幫我們提着行李送到磁懸浮攬勝站，為我們減輕負擔，感謝他！

酒店在景區內，開車導航找不到，打電話到馬上安排人到停車場門口來接，酒店服務非常好，入住時大堂經理給免費升級了江景房，還送了水果盤，退房時還安排服務員把行李送到停車場，非常感謝！
