The room is nice and clean. Staffs are quite friendly. Good location as well.

The bedsheets had holes n we booked the suite. No lift, u got to climb the stairs. Projector only for playing their choice of music n not able to use at all even though we changed the batteries of the remote control. The entrance is hidden at the back of the alley, felt creepy. There’s no phone in the room, so if u need anything, u need to go down to the reception to ask for it urself. No one is at the reception when we checked out early in the morning hence we just left our room card at the counter. Location is right in the middle of the ancient city.

One of the best 3 days accommodations of my 2 weeks holiday. Owner is very willing to order 'take out' for us since I don't have a local China phone # and my wife is not feeling well .... Overall hotel can act as a sanctuary if you prefer some quiet time in FengHuang.

Location is right in the old city, nearby all the local attractions. The host had good spirits and check-in was made easy. I think this is a magnificent location for relaxing, reading and recuperating.

Beautifully crafted little gem, conveniently located inside the old town, steps always from the river and north gate.

Pretty and decorated

Fantastic room! So big and spacious, with all the features you could want. Jacuzzi was relaxing, and the a/c worked wonderfully. The staff were so nice and helpful, and made check in a very smooth process. Just note, you do have to walk a bit through the town to get to it, so with suitcases it can be a bit burdensome, but the owner can help you with how to find the hotel if you ask! Would stay again for sure!

The environment in the yard is very good, and the room was upgraded. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to take a bus to Jiangbian and Nanhuali. The sanitation and facilities are good among B&Bs.

The boss upgraded the room for free. Everything else was fine, except that the shower head had a small amount of water and the water temperature was not sensitive enough. The location is very good. You can get off the shuttle bus, pass Phoenix Square, and walk for a few minutes. It is very close to Xueqiao, which is very convenient.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The hotel is very beautiful, clean and sanitary. The boss and his wife are very kind, patient, meticulous and helpful. I had a very happy trip to Phoenix. Thank you!

The room is in Fenghuang Ancient City, close to the river. But you won't feel noisy when sleeping at night. There is fragrance in the room. The parent-child room has 2 rooms and two large beds. The environment in the yard is also very beautiful. A very pleasant stay

The yard is beautiful, and the sanitation and services are good. The room is a bit small, the bathroom glass door and waterproofing need to be improved.

The room is consistent with the merchant's display picture, the homestay has a good design, and the location is superb. It's 2 minutes away from the ancient city river. It's so convenient! The night view is really super beautiful! There are also many delicious foods!
