The hotel is in a pedestrian zone which requires a bit of walking with luggage, but the owners helped us carry it. The room is superb with a very nice bathroom. The owners do not speak English but when we arrived a young man from their family spoke to us in English. The hotel is a few minutes from the old town which is very convenient. When leaving the hotel we were able to ask for a taxi to go to the station, the owner called someone who came to take us there for free. In short, a small family hotel with a very warm welcome.

Thank you very much for your hospitality! Everything was wonderful! The owners are fantastic people. They helped us book a transfer to the station, treated us to a delicious dinner and told us where to go for a walk around the city. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, comfortable. And most importantly, it is very quiet there!!! Located in the old town near the bus station. Thank you again!!!

This hotel is such a cozy and comfy place. We strongly recommend you to stay here. If you are a foreigner, you will be hosted with a big smile and a caring attitude.
- Staff: very lovely and kind people. Always available for helping you.
- Room: very new, tidy, clean, spacious and cozy. We were actually sad that we couldn’t have stayed longer.
- Location: perfect! Already inside of the pedestrian area and so, very close to the ancient city (5min walking) but without all the noise of the main street (that follows the canal). Close to very nice and local restaurants and stores. If you want to use public transport, it is really near - just walk to the nearest road (10min).
Summing up, they are a 10/10!! 🤩

I chose this hotel for a long time because of the good reviews. I was attracted by the hotel's giant screen projection and bathtub, but I didn't expect that the experience was unsatisfactory. 我們幾個老阿姨來的，都特別喜歡這個房間，住着安靜，民宿在景區西門城樓入口，我們高鐵站打車下來走一分鐘就到，特別方便，店長還來路邊上接我們，給我們拿行李，送到房間。房間設施也挺方便的，主要是床也睡的很舒服，一起看投影吃烤串的滋味簡直太美好。很喜歡院子裏的風格，像心裏的那方凈土一樣，下次有機會還要再來。
