首先房間很臟滿是灰塵，洗漱用品，毛巾全沒有。雖然我們都是用自己帶的，但是你家這全沒有感覺有點敷衍這不是訂家庭房的理由，其次晚上很吵隔壁在放聲高歌至深夜根本睡不着覺由於第二天要早起趕車去長沙半夜和老闆娘微信溝通了兩次收效甚微。難道你們工作人員聽不見嗎？停車收費25元在城外一個私人停車場，其實停路邊也一樣的。總體不滿意，以後再來鳳凰會選擇其他客棧。
