酒店所有的員工都很熱情親切，一到酒店門口，會有人主動幫我們提行李，帶我們去停車，還給我們倒茶喝，很暖心，房間衞生乾淨，阿姨們也很客客氣氣的，見人就打招呼問好，還有可愛的小機器人給我們送東西，太棒了。

現在的漢庭給我印象極好！一進酒店，服務員很客氣地問好！若坐下來休息一下，客服馬上倒上茶水。外出時，我們服務員就講：您從我們後門出去，就是河濱，今天正好有游泳比賽；漢庭酒店設施也比我想像的好！這家酒店因為靠近鳳凰古城，下午我們休息一會，白天就參觀鳳凰古城、晚上看鳳凰古城的夜景。這樣一天就游完了鳳凰古城

前台熱情周到有問必答地禮貌回答各種提問。設施齊全完善現代還配備有免費的洗烘衣機，房間和大堂一樣乾淨整潔，床上和洗漱用品齊全，瓶裝純凈水可以多加幾瓶。離沱江景區僅一步之隔。總之非常喜歡。下次有機會一定來拜訪。如果有親犮來此遊玩會推薦給大家哦！

這家酒店大大超出預期：一是位置好，步行2-3分鐘即可進入古城，酒店旁邊的餐飲店也很多；二是環境好，酒店很整潔舒適，雖然在景區附近，但非常安靜；三是服務好，因為鳳凰縣網約車被限制，無法使用滴滴打車，酒店會幫助住店顧客叫車或者拼車。最讓我驚喜的是，酒店的枕頭很舒服，當晚睡得特別好。強烈推薦！

出行之前在攜程選了這家符合我的需求的酒店，乾淨，整潔，與古城的距離不遠不近剛剛好，完美避開了嘈雜的人羣，也不因江水嘩嘩的流水聲而影響睡眠。酒店小哥及時遞上雨傘，出門穿過幾步石梯下到江邊，橫卧沱江的廊橋便出現在眼前，淅淅瀝瀝的雨也掩蓋不了它的美麗
