離遊客中心和廣場非常近，這個非常重要，因為古城裡麪全部石板路，經常還會有幾級台階，需要拖個大箱子到店。我們是自駕前往，遊客中心停車非常方便收費合理。店家服務周到，接送我們到遊客中心。

✔酒店服務：湖南的熱情好客體現得玲離盡致，下着大雨老闆親自來停車場接，不僅一路幫忙提箱子，還很貼心地為了照顧我們小女生的安全感給我們免費升級了套房，陽光服務必須點個贊！
✔入住感受：恰逢一城煙雨，尋此小院下榻，遠處是繚繞仙境，眼前是雨落瑤芳，內斂且温柔，療愈又熱烈，不吟詩一首都對不起這份感受，哈哈。

當天去的比較晚，8點的時候到的酒店，房間佈置和圖片幾乎沒有差別，很舒服的酒店，停車費也酒店出了，第二天退房小孩電動牙刷忘帶，老闆熱心把牙刷也快遞回來，很温馨，離鳳凰不遠，下次來還住璞素。
