A 150 metri dal mare, quindi dall'immenso lungomare di Civitanova Marche e dai suoi numerosi ristoranti di pesce da me quasi tutti visitati, l'hotel non è grande ma resta pulito ed accogliente. Comodo da raggiungere, prezzi buoni, servizio accettabile

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per le vacanze estive. Situato in una posizione strategica, ci ha permesso di raggiungere in pochi minuti sia la spiaggia che il centro città. Pulizia ed ordine quotidiani sia nella camera che all'interno dell'hotel oltre a personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione sia dolce che salata con caffè fornito dal bar interno. L'hotel non ha un ristorante ma è convenzionato con Ciacco Bistrò, comunicante da una porta, nel quale è possibile cenare sia con formula mezza pensione (è aperto solo alla sera) sia con menù alla carta. Recensione più che positiva. Grazie di nuovo ed a presto!

Coppia di terza età, soggiorno di due settimane in mp,al momento della prenotazione e dopo la caparra, viene comunicato che il giovedì non effettuano ristorazione e non sanno dare info su servizio in spiaggia, se non dopo ripetute telefonate. Stesso menù la sera per 3 sere consecutive,modificato dopo segnalazione. Non adeguato per 4*.

Camera ampia ,spaziosa e molto pulita. Unica pecca la terrazza estrna con poca privacy e non curata come l'interno. La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale e a 100 metri dal mare. Parcheggio privato adiacente alla struttura. Colazione un po' deludente per un hotel a 4 stelle.

Hotel il linea con le stelle attribuite. Camere pulite e spaziose ma da un junior suite per 2 adulti e 2 bambini mi sarei aspettato 2 camere mentre i bimbi hanno dormito su 2 letti messi all’ingresso della stessa. Non c’è la porta che divide i due ambienti e quindi non c’è privacy. Bella la vasca in camera ed il bagno a parte con la doccia bella grande. Colazione classica e abbondante. Personale gentile ed ospitale.

Ottimo hotel, personale molto gentile, colazione buona con ampia scelta di dolce e salato, ma soprattutto voto 10 per la pulizia. Tutto perfetto. Noi siamo stati in una camera recentemente ristrutturata molto comoda, pulita e spaziosa.

Albergo con posizione molto buona e dotato di parcheggio privato. Gli spazi comuni sono tenuti bene e ampi. Ho trovato la camera pulita, con frigo bar e cassaforte, ma non con servizi da hotel a 4 stelle. Camera molto banale, con un ampio terrazzo e che mostra molti segni di stanchezza: avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata e ristrutturazione. Bagno piccolo ma con una doccia molto grande. Insomma, nè carne nè pesce

Pulizia niente da dire, personale gentile, pagamento totale all’arrivo . Ambiente molto datato. Camera non insonorizzata il locale sottostante ha fatto musica da discoteca fino alle 2, poi si sentiva vociare, porta della camera sottile si sente la gente camminare nei corridoi. Cuscini scomodi duri e letto un po’ in discesa. Diciamo che a parte la pulizia andrebbe rivisto molto.
