The Riad has beautiful traditional decoration and a strong local atmosphere, making it a good place to experience Moroccan-style accommodation. However, the location is quite difficult to find, and some locals may try to scam visitors by claiming the road is closed and offering to guide them for tips. The hotel facilities also have some limitations. The sound insulation is quite poor, and hearing arguments from neighbouring houses late at night was not a pleasant experience. There were also occasional unpleasant smells in the bathroom, the TV in the room was not working, the actual check-in time was delayed due to room cleaning, and there were many flies around during breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Overall, considering the price, the Riad may be considered above the local average standard, but there is still a noticeable gap compared with international accommodation standards. It is worth staying for one night to experience the local style, but I would not recommend a longer stay.

The hotel is beautiful, good service but unfortunately the sewage is smelly, the breakfast cannot refill and we are not full.

An absolutely amazing, restored riad deep within the Fes medina. It felt like being a guest of a sultan. The room was large and warm with a unique interior. The owner recommended parking, which was about a 15-minute walk away. We needed a guide to help us, and the owner sent one directly to the parking lot (tipping is expected). There's a unique rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. Breakfast was a little below expectations (it's a shame there weren't any local fruits and vegetables). The towels weren't completely dry and had an odor.

Great great hotel . Very traditional Marroccan vibe and décore . We were greated like royalty with Moroccan tea and sweets . - you need to walk to the riad it’s not accessible with a taxi ; once you get off the taxi it’s about a 6 min walk when you know where your going . There are directions but the first time in Medina , there will be people need the taxi haggling to help with your luggage and bring you ; it’s worth the 20MAD tip because it’s a max in the Medina. - the view from the rooftop is amazing and the service was 10/10 for everything .

Super nice experience in a stunning heritage yard of 700 years old in Morocco. The breakfast and dinner are amazing . Stunning view in the roof top restaurant with excellent service . The pillow is a bit old not too comfy the room have a bit smell of aging but please understand it’s a 700 years old yard which well preserved.

The fountain in traditional Moroccan design at the lobby is spectacular. The room is beautiful and spacious for accommodation. Nor (the host) was very welcoming and helpful to arrange a tour guide for our first day of site-seeing at Medina.
