Ibis Fes ★★★
"A beautiful and quiet place"
Dar D'or Fes ★★★
"We stayed four nights in Fes and experienced three different Riads. This was our absolute favorite and the most satisfying. The owner is a true gentleman, providing professional, attentive, and thorough service. We felt treated like guests in a high-end hotel, not like we were intruding into someone's home. This Riad isn't the largest, but it's the cleanest; everything was spotless, the bedding wasn't damp, and it felt ancient yet not outdated. You could tell the owner put a lot of care into every detail. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! The croissants and small pancakes were just incredible. I originally planned to try a different Riad every day, but because the experience here was so great, I booked an extra night. The price was also the best! The other two Riads I booked were only a 3-5 minute walk away and both more expensive, yet their service, cleanliness, and hospitality weren't as good as this one. Highly recommend!"
Riad Dar Mazaj Fes ★★★
"Great stay overall. The location is perfect, right inside the medina. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The only small issue was that the hot water was a bit limited, so showers need to be quick, but the water temperature was good. What really impressed us was how kind the host was. We had to leave early on our second day and could not stay for breakfast, so he prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was packed very carefully and was perfect for the road. We were very touched by this kindness. Highly recommended! 位置很好,就在medina里面,房间干净,空调效果好,早餐丰富好吃。唯一的小不足是热水稍微少一点,但水温很好。 特别感谢店主,因为我们要早走,专门帮我们准备了打包早餐,非常细心和热心,让人很感动。非常推荐!"
Barceló Fès Medina ★★★★
"Horrible hotel, unclean and dirty. Do not provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush or slippers. Harassed by staff leaving the car park and accused of not paying the tourist tax, it was paid but the staff member forgot to log it in. Avoid."
Mia Urban Fes ★★★
"Breakfast very good Location good but nothing intresting around the hotel ."
Riad Jardin Chrifa ★★★
"The room is very good, the boss is very considerate, the hotel environment is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the breakfast is delicious"
Royal Mirage Fes Hotel ★★★★
"It's OK, the front desk doesn't have a conversion plug for European standard sockets, so you have to buy one yourself, which is not a good experience. The elevator is a bit scary, it always sinks every time"
Riad Taryana ★★★
"Right in the center of the Medina. Close to all the sights. Good and tasty breakfast. No WiFi on the top floor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Friendly staff."
Riad Soultana ★★★★
"WOW! This was an absolutely incredible experience! Aziza was truly incredible and took such good care of us during our stay. The riad is lovely - from the guest room to the indoor courtyard. But the true gem of this place is the rooftop terrace. It is peace away from the craziness of the medina with an impeccable view. Breakfast was a true treat on the terrace overlooking the city and of course - Aziza made everything extra special! The location is wonderful - only 5 minutes walk from the Blue Gate. I would highly recommend!"

Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace
"This was the only hotel on our Morocco trip where the pool was open until 7:30 PM, which was great for the kids. However, it was extremely crowded, I suspect they open it to non-guests for a fee. There's a supermarket about a ten-minute walk away, which was handy for stocking up on supplies. The hotel grounds are like a garden, and the staff were reasonably friendly, but I felt like I was being watched everywhere I went. On the plus side, the room facilities were quite comprehensive, and the small balcony was perfect for drying swimsuits overnight. You can also boil water for tea."
Ramada by Wyndham Fes
"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Friendly reception. We initially had a room on floor 5, but almost immediately after we arrived in our room they called to say that there was some work going on. We did not find this a problem, but soon someone at the counter was there to guide us to a better room on the sixth floor, for which NO surcharge was charged. The hotel and rooms are immaculately maintained. Everything is there. Highly recommended!!"
Hotel Sahrai
"Very nice hotel with a French restaurant, very good quality A really top spa A kindly offered upgrade I highly recommend this hotel"
Riad Rcif & Spa Originale
"We were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door by Noor with him being available to assist us or answer any questions we had during our two night stay. We were greeted with mint tea and local biscuits while Noor explained the Riad to us and checked if there was anything else he could help us with. He booked a 5 hour tour for us in Fes and our car and driver for the next stage of our trip to Chefchaouen. The Riad is absolutely gorgeous and we felt we were getting a real Fes experience. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The terrace has amazing view over the Medina and it’s wonderful to listen to the call to prayer from there in the evenings. Hassan was our waiter for dinner and breakfast and will do anything to help you. He is very hardworking and we loved being looked after by him. If you want a great experience in Fes, in a beautiful location make sure you stay at Riad Rcif. Thanks Noor for your care and personal attention."
Riad Jamaï
"Nice and beautiful hotel, very quiet (came here as a solo person in January, and there was only a couple. Breakfast was fine, unfortunately the shower was quite cold. Swimming pool is nice, but cold so unfortunately I couldn't use it. Roof terrace was the opposite). very nice."
Riad Laaroussa
"I thought the hotel manager was lovely and helpful. The dinner on the rooftop was excellent. My objection was that the Riad was dark and walking up five flights of stairs to my room was a bit of a haul."
Riad Dar Tahri
"It was a beautiful stay. The staff are kind and attentive. The breakfast is amazing and so fresh every day. The tour included in the price is a very good tour! The views are the best views you can get of Fes. A wonderful stay. Highly recommended."
Riad Sabah
"it was amazing, very clean and great location!"
Riad Alya
"The house is very nice and very comfortable to live in. The garden is also very large. It is highly recommended."
Riad Zamane Fès - Boutique & Spa
"The riyals were exceptionally beautiful, typical of traditional Moroccan courtyard houses. The ambiance was impeccable; from the courtyard to the rooms to the terrace, everything was exactly to my aesthetic liking—exquisite and impeccably clean. The location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Blue Gate, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Medina's old city. However, it was tucked away in a small alley, making it a bit difficult to find. Other riyals in the old city likely have the same issue, given that Fez's old city has over 9,000 alleyways—it's quite complex. Breakfast was a generous and refined meal per person, featuring three types of bread or local flatbreads, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, fried eggs, and coffee or tea. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Since we were driving, on our first day, the GPS led us to a restricted area, showing only 300 meters away. My husband parked there while I walked to find it, but at a fork in the road, the destination disappeared, replaced by two deep alleyways. A local asked me for 20 dirhams, but when I arrived, I discovered it wasn't the guesthouse I had booked, but another guesthouse also called Zamane. After much pleading, the staff led me to the Zamane I was looking for, located in a side alley. I noticed the sign said "Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes," not "Riad Zamane boutique & spa" on Ctrip. I wonder if that's why the directions weren't correct. The English-speaking manager was sick and didn't come to work that day, and didn't make proper arrangements. A special thank you to Ms. Nadia, who was in charge of housekeeping; she put down her work and walked with me to our parking spot, directing us to another road to park near the guesthouse. I also want to thank a handsome young man whose name starts with H (I forgot his full name) who helped us buy bottled water. He was always smiling and greeted us warmly; he was very friendly. I'd suggest that the guesthouse keep a few bottles of water in the rooms, at least one large bottle, as Fes is very dry and we desperately need them."
Dar El Mathaf
"I have never had such a bad experience. I have no words for the absolutely wrong behavior of the woman at the reception, Hasnae. They subsequently charged us for the 3 nights of accommodation even though we didn't stay any, since we had to leave the site on the first night due to all the complications that arose from the first moment. We arrived around 4:30 p.m., after having told them that we were by train and that we would arrive shortly. From minute 1 the impression we had was of a place that was not equipped to receive guests, the accommodation was under construction. He told us we had to wait a bit before going up to the room. We waited for more than an hour and a half downstairs to have access to the room, after 6 hours of traveling. The bathrooms on the ground floor were very dirty (with underwear lying around) and, apart from construction materials (bags of cement and so on), there was a lot of dust on the stairs. The room was smaller and more cramped than it seemed in the photo and the bathroom did not match what appeared in the images. This is the least of it. There was no shower gel or shampoo, as it should have been included, and neither were they provided when we asked. Well, it can happen. We returned in the evening after dinner and found cockroaches in the room and on the beds. There was no one at the reception and, having no other option, we had to find another place to spend the night and where we went at 1:00 in the morning. The next day the Riad had been contacted by Booking, since we had contacted customer service to notify them of the situation and that we could not stay there for not complying with even the minimum. We stopped by the Riad to explain everything that happened personally and tell them that we were going to stay somewhere else. Not a "sorry" or anything like that. The woman listened to us and, when she told us that we had to cancel the reservation, I told her that they had to cancel it and that from booking they needed to receive an email confirming what had happened on their part and that we had not spent a single night there. We went to talk to her twice and with the excuse that she did not handle the reservations and that the owner was in another city, she told us that she would contact me in an hour. He never contacted me again or responded to my WhatsApp message. He also didn't give us any option to meet halfway. Nothing. He also charged us for the full 3 nights, knowing that we were somewhere else and that we had to pay there too. It has been very bad management by a dishonest and lying person who is only interested in money and who does not even know what it means to dedicate yourself to this profession. We feel disappointed. I leave it to your conscience. May this thirst for money at the detriment of other respectful and honest people bring these people what they deserve in life and in their work. "
Hôtel Volubilis
"Old and run-down. The waiters only want tips and their attitude is average."
Dar Ahl Tadla
"Its abit hard to find because google map is not showing the correct direction. There are 2 staff, the first person was kind and welcoming but the second person i feel like ge doesnt know what a hospitality is. Breakfast always came late. The floor was dusty. The rooftop was great to relax for the whole day if you like and wifi also available. The bed was proper. The bathroom need improvement so that the water can flow to the sewage faster. I used their laundry service, 3 dirham per piece."
Dar Drissi
"The beds are super comfortable, the water is piping hot, just the way I like it, and the breakfast is plentiful and includes a variety of coffees, juices, and infusions, as well as sweet and savory options. Upon arrival, they provide you with bottled water and welcome you with a traditional sandwich and their signature pastries."
Riad Fes Baraka Piscine & Spa
"Beautiful place, family and human. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Quiet place, close to everything. We particularly appreciated Madame Amal, a meticulous and caring person. I recommend to everyone. Moreover, it will certainly be a place to stay for friends, colleagues and family. Thank you very much."
Riad Dar Guennoun
"We absolutely love every single bit of this place. We came for bank holiday weekend (too short), leaving today thinking that if we come back to fes, we come back here. Abdul is a superstar, he picked us up at our arrival as the riad is not accessible by car, very close if you know the way. He took us to the restaurant with nice food, view and prices.Everyone here very friendly. Breakfast at 8.30 really lovely. Location is crazy, walking distance everywhere, many restaurants around, literally, everything is behind the corner. Abdul can also book you a tour guide, but we already had it from get your guide (vulubilus/mekenes highly recommended). Love it, love it, love it."
