Ramada by Wyndham Fes

It’s in a good location in the city centre of Fes, with reasonable prices. Their service is excellent, and it’s perfect for drivers, thanks to the nice on-site parking. The breakfast is good, and I especially liked the fresh, tasty fruits

After all bad impressions from Morocco this hotel was like a fresh air for us! Nice and clean room, good beds, they let us to have late check out

Great hotel. Enjoyed the stay at Ramada.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. We were charged for taxes that we had already paid through Trip.com, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Additionally, the room itself was far from satisfactory. There was no water provided in the room, and the cleanliness was lacking, with dirty bedsheets upon arrival. The room also did not have a coffee machine, which is usually a standard amenity. When we requested a dental kit and a shaving kit, the hotel staff informed us that they didn’t have either available. This was surprising, as these are basic necessities. Overall, the service and cleanliness left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on this experience.

We found the hospitality first class . The whole staff were friendly and very helpful . We are at 9. 30am and were ask to wait in lobby and a room was allocated at 10am . We were offered coffee and pastries while waiting . The lady in the restaurant and the young lady behind reception were superb throughout our stay. We enjoyed the biggest bed we have had in any hotel and had room was clean and very spacious. A perfect hotel that looks after the client 100%. Thank and we hope to return soon
