"I liked this hotel and I extended it for another week. The room is clean and quiet, air conditioning works, good plumbing, there is a laptop table. Breakfast is satisfied: oatmeal, strawberry jim, sausage sandwich and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, baking, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice. I haven't had enough of this menu for all days. To the Medina of Fesa you can get to a taxi in 10 minutes, to the railway station 15 minutes walk."

We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
