400年舊的老房子，大廳裝修很豪華，但由於是舊建築佈局和結構都不令人滿意。客房要爬很陡很窄的樓梯，不建議長者或行動不便的人去入住。這個地方也是開車到不了的，必須最後步行5分鐘而且是上坡路經過雜亂的小巷子。街邊平時有那種推車想幫你運行李的人（porter）。視行李多少你得付費3-4歐吧。他們的餐廳味道和收費都還合理，前台也會推薦包車出遊，但我們試了試那司機，感覺一般，收費不便宜，周邊沒什麼像樣的餐廳，要吃飯的大約步行10分鐘左右。對於想體驗Riad居住的人不妨試試這家價格低廉設施還可以的地方。

位置靠近古城車站，不太吵鬧，睡覺安靜！價格也合適，挺好的！房間很大。員工熱情！露台大，可以俯瞰整個古城

Very nice reception upon arrival, the staff are very obliging and offer any help, information and directions you may need to navigate and fully experience the city. They are very understanding of tired travellers, offer help with luggage, and even with our very early departure they served us a delicious breakfast before departing. Our room was very beautifully furnished in the traditional Moroccan style, and the rooftop terrace offers a great view of the city.

Riad espectacular....todo limpísimo, habitación amplia,sitio increíble, ubicación excelente,personal de 10 en especial su encargado Fahd. Cualquier duda o sitio te la resuelven o te asesoran para ir a los mejores sitios de Fes....sin duda repetiremos.

Sehr schönes riad mit unglaublich leckerem Essen! Die Vorspeisen sind vielfältig und passen super zueinander. Es ist etwas versteckt und nicht einfach zu finden, wie das meiste in Fes. Die Preise eher hoch, jedoch angemessen für die Qualität

Nous avons été très bien reçu,malgré l’heure tardive on nous a servi un très bon dîné !Harira en entrée ( excellente ! ) pour ma part j’ai pris Tajine Kefta ( excellent aussi ! ) et ma chérie elle une Pastilla ( spécialité de Fès), elle n’avais jamais gouté et a trouvé ça très bon ! Je recommande ce Riad !! Dans un dédale de petite ruelle en plein cœur de la vieille Médina bardé de petite échoppe aussi joli les une que les autres

Mi reciente estancia en Riad Ouliya fue verdaderamente notable, en gran parte gracias a la excepcional hospitalidad de todo el equipo, que incluía a Khalty Latifa, Tata Amina, Mustapha, Ayoub, Karim y el propietario Mr.Rachid. Su calidez y dedicación me hicieron sentir como en casa, y sus increíbles habilidades culinarias deleitaron mis papilas gustativas en cada comida. La habitación en la que me alojé, situada en la terraza, ofrecía una vista increíble que realmente me dejó sin aliento, con vistas a la encantadora ciudad de Fez. Además, la ubicación del riad en la histórica Medina de Fez añadió encanto, brindando una experiencia marroquí auténtica llena de hospitalidad genuina, comida deliciosa y vistas impresionantes. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente Riad Ouliya a cualquiera que busque una escapada marroquí memorable.
