Spent 4 nights in Fez at the Yacout and it did not disappoint, its beauty and historic charm alone won me. Its staff and management go above and beyond the Moroccan way to please and serve their guests. The manager Abdullah was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and outgoing in all things from booking a local guide to simple asks and questions. The wait staff and front desk are always warm and receptive, especially Marco (our rapping waiter) and Hisham. I have to say honestly everyone we encountered at this hotel was amazing.

This place was incredible! The Riad’s owner Abdul, exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly, eager to accommodate and helpful. Especially Najwa and Marco! The attention to detail in decor and culture at dinner with the show was amazing! I can’t wait to come back and make more memories !

Abdul (the owner’s son) and the staff were AMAZING. This was my first stay in Fes and it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to coming here again. The entire Riad is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and accommodating. You should definitely stay here when traveling.

Riad Yacout is totally unexpected. Coming in from the street and then a narrow alleyway, I never imagined what a glorious and exquisite this riad is. What made this extra are the friendly staff especially Marcus, Mehdi, Isham. Totally worth our stay.

Wonderful venue. Staff are experienced, friendly and very helpful. Riad gives you an experience of going back in time…but with current amenities. Don’t forget to try the scrub at the Hamam followed by a soothing massage. Particularly helpful were to staff members, Marcus nd Mahdi.

This is what we came to Morocco for! The restored building is stunning (the ceiling in our room was incredibly detailed and beautiful, our headboard was from a palace), the food is great, and the people are the best. Marco, Obama sr, Obama jr and all the rest of the staff are so warm and welcoming! The location and the pool are also pluses. I recommend highly for an authentic Moroccan experience!

A remarkable experience in an historic property. We stayed in the same suite as the Queen of Jordan when she was in Fes to see Bono and U2! The hospitality is warm and sincere. Marcos welcomed us with exuberance and provided the utmost service. He and the staff worked hard to make our time memorable. I highly recommend Riad Elyacout.

The place is beautiful, emulate, old fashioned North African/Arabian atmosphere with nightly entertainment. The staff are super friendly and engage with the guests frequently. The spa hammam is an amazing experience to partake in. I would recommend this place when you visit Fes

Wonderful Riad in the center of Fes. Stayed there two nights with a group of friends and really enjoyed our stay. The staff (Marcos, Khalid, Abdul and Najwa) were fabulous. Great location, clean rooms and lovely little pool. Definitely recommended!
