J'ai été à fes pendant 10 jours nous avons pris cet hôtel pour toute la période j'avoue que je m'attendais pas à un tel service vraiment excellent la propreté je donne 10/10 ma copine a adorée la cuisine des plats délicieux nous nous sommes régalé, je recommande ! 👌🏼

To be Honest for a 3 Star Hotel i was really surprised by the top notch customer service and cleanliness , Also the food was amazingly delicious. I had chicken à la carte as well as moroccan appetizers and the beef tajine was mouthwatering. Absolutely coming back on my next visit to Fes.

To be Honest for a 3 star Hotel they have much more to offer. I was clearly surprised by the level of cleanliness overall and kindness of the professional staff. Also the food was amazingly delicious. I had chicken tajine à La Carte and moroccan appetizers as well as the super tasty beef tajine. I’m absolutely coming on my next visit

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé au cœur du centre ville de Fez. Les chambres sont confortables et personnel trés accueillant. Très adapté pour un séjour en famille ou même pour une mission de travail. Il a été récemment rénové. Tout est propre et bien aménagé.

The checkin in process was fine. They offered us welcome tea but declined because we were in a hurry. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are nice. The elevator is a little rickety. The rooms are bare minimum and outdated cabinetry and tile. The walls look newly painted and the bed and frame look new with nice clean sheets and blankets. The old tile and the poorly painted cabinetry make it look dirty. The bathroom was clean but very outdated. Looked very old. The room doesn’t ventilate so it was a little smelly. Spacious balcony which was nice. Sheets clean and nice comfy blanket found in the closet. Breakfast was included which was nice. They offered, pastries, breads, eggs and offered to make me an omelette, different juices and cereal. Overall, it’s a cute hotel and it’s worth the $40 a night
