Ich habe wegen dem Spa das Riad gebucht.
Als sich um 23.00 Uhr herausstellte, dass das Spa nicht funktioniert habe ich am nächsten Tag Samstag wieder aus gecheckt!!!! Verlange das Geld zurück. Schmutzig war es auch!!!!!

Nous sommes rentrés un après midi par hasard dans ce joli palais à la recherche d’un service de massage et spa, éventuellement d’un bon resto à faire le soir. L’hôtel nous a dit qu’ils nous réservaient un massage pour le soir même. Lorsque nous sommes venus, ils avaient oubliés…. Massage annulé ! Nous avons été cool et avons décalé au lendemain. Le lendemain, l’hôtel était étonnement vide (aucune réservation de chambre) et le restaurant également. C’est très dommage car le rez de chaussée et la piscine sont superbes. Nous sommes allés nous faire masser : une catastrophe. Les masseuses étaient très maladroites, elles nous ont planté leurs ongles par moments dans la peau, il faisait très froid dans la pièce… et nous avons eu pendant une heure la même musique qui tournait en boucle. Nous avons failli sortir fous de cet endroit.

This was a beautiful room and comfortable. I missed breakfast but the staff was gracious and made my breakfast anyway. Such a lovely place with a great tub.

par le prix très raisonnable de l'hébergement au Palais Shéhérazade & Spa, je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel ordinaire. Surprise, j'arrive dans un vrai Palace avec tous ce que cela comporte comme confort d'un haut niveau, beauté esthétique et magie des lieux. Le personnel est parfait, la cuisine est délicieuse et les cocktails sont exquis.

Sur recommandation d'un proche nous avons choisi d'être hébergé à Fès au Palais Shéhérazade & Spa. Nous sommes satisfaits de ce choix nous avons vucu une belle expérience de ce palais qui fait partie du patrimoine architectural marocaine. Au restaurant Les Jardins de Shéhérazade c'est la gastronomie de Fès avec des tagines très fins de cuisines familiales. Un très beau séjour

Le concierge de notre hôtel nous a recommandé le restaurant 'Les Jardins de Shéhérazade'. Une merveille architectural et le Chef Cuisinier nous a présenté un Festival de Salades Marocaines et des plats chauds avec des goûts et des senteurs uniques. Pour l'anniversaire de ma femme j'ai invités mes amis au restaurant du Palais Shéhérazade & Spa . L'ambiance et chaleureuse, les cocktails maison sont préparées avec beaucoup de soins.les Amuses bouches sont délicieux ainsi que les vins. Avec un grand choix de plats chauds, ma femme et tout mes amis se sont régalés. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce restaurant.
