I booked the Riad because of the spa.
When it turned out at 11pm that the spa wasn't working, I checked out the next day, Saturday!!!! I'm demanding my money back. It was dirty too!!!!!

We returned one afternoon by chance to this pretty palace in search of a massage and spa service, possibly a good restaurant to eat in the evening. The hotel told us they were booking a massage for us that evening. When we came, they had forgotten…. Massage canceled! We were cool and moved to the next day. The next day, the hotel was surprisingly empty (no room reservations) and the restaurant as well. It’s a shame because the ground floor and the swimming pool are superb. We went to get a massage: a disaster. The masseuses were very clumsy, they dug their nails into our skin at times, it was very cold in the room... and we had the same music playing on a loop for an hour. We almost walked out of this place crazy.

This was a beautiful room and comfortable. I missed breakfast but the staff was gracious and made my breakfast anyway. Such a lovely place with a great tub.

by the very reasonable price of accommodation at the Palais Shéhérazade & Spa, I thought it was an ordinary hotel. Surprise, I arrive in a real Palace with all that that entails in terms of high level comfort, aesthetic beauty and magic of the place. The staff is perfect, the food is delicious and the cocktails are exquisite.

On the recommendation of a relative, we chose to stay in Fez at the Palais Shéhérazade & Spa. We are satisfied with this choice, we had a great experience of this palace which is part of the Moroccan architectural heritage. At the restaurant Les Jardins de Shéhérazade it's the gastronomy of Fez with very fine tagines from family kitchens. A very nice stay

For my wife's birthday I invited my friends to the Palais Shéhérazade & Spa restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, the house cocktails are prepared with great care. The Amuses bouches are delicious as are the wines. With a large choice of hot dishes, my wife and all my friends enjoyed it. We have excellent memories of this restaurant.
