Sublime. Nous avons adoré. Un havre de paix avec sa piscine chauffée et ses terrasses. Un petit déjeuner d'exception. Ce qui m'as marqué c'est le silence du riad....il n'y a que le son des fontaines ....génial. Emplacement au top. Un grand merci aux équipes (toutes) !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique Ryad qui nous plonge dès notre arrivée dans les traditions marocaines. L'accueil est trés agréable, le service impeccable, notre chambre située au dernier étage a une magnfique et vaste terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la ville de Fès. Nous avons très bien dîné avec des plats locaux de qualité. Un seul bémol, la piscine beaucoup trop chauffée... Une autre petite remarque: sur le site de l'hôtel, il est recommandé de visiter l'hôtel Sarhai au cas où le Ryad n'ait pas de disponibilité à nos dates, ce qui était notre cas pour les 2 autres soirs de notre séjour. Nous avons donc réservé et nous avons été très déçus, le Sarhai ne correspond pas du tout a la clientèle R&C.

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. Funny thing here. As our driver approached Riad Fez, he called ahead to alert them that we were approaching. The hotel asked how much luggage we had. He told them that we had one backpack and one small bag. The hotel responded, “that is not possible, they are in the Royal Suite.” But our driver assured them that we are unusual guests who travel extraordinarily light. This was the most opulent room we had in Morocco other than Royal Mansour in Marrakech. All the rooms in our suite were huge.

My wife and I stayed at Riad Fes for two nights during a 10-day trip to Morocco and we wish we would have spent more time there. The room was fantastic, the service was top notch. Everything about this hotel felt relaxing and was of superior quality. The restaurant was terrific for breakfast and dinner, and the rooftop bar has wonderful views. Highly recommend staying here.

The property looks beautiful by the website, instagram pages and so on. Therefore I’ve tried to book there and after sending several emails I never get ANY SINGLE ANSWER. So I’ve tried with the chat of the instagram page.. SAME! Not a single answer! I’m an hotelier as well… and if these are the premises, I think it’s a shame. Especially for a relais and chateau, the standard reply for an email shouldn’t exceed 24hrs.. and there MUST BE a reply!
