I liked this hotel and extended my stay for another week. The room is clean and quiet, there is air conditioning, good plumbing, and a desk for a laptop. The breakfast is hearty: oa**eal, pancakes with strawberry jam, a sandwich with sausage and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, pastries, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice. I haven't gotten tired of this menu in all my days. The medina of Fes can be reached by taxi in 10 minutes, and the train station is 15 minutes on foot.

Malgré le fait d'une bonne situation géographique et bon accueil. Les chambres puent les égouts, on m'a changé la chambre mais le problème persiste. Chambre moins que basique, pas d'eau chaude. Stationnement facil dans la rue. Je ne reviens plus...

Un hôtel null par leurs personnels un mauvais comportement par la recepsionicte du jour et recepsionicte du soir également le barman. Ni sajjada la douche est très serrée le petit déjeuner très limité suaf que les garçons de la terrasse sont accueillants Vraiment il faut réformer les personnels de l'hôtel Je pense pas me retrouver une autre fois chez vous. Dommage

Très bon accueil, les chambres sont très bien équipées. Le restaurant sur le toit est très agréable avec une très bonne cuisine, une vue superbe et un personnel très adaptable. Stationnement commode (places réservées devant l'hôtel). Très pratique pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport

La réceptionniste magouille avec le chauffeur de taxi et a voulu me faire payer la demie pension une seconde fois mais j’avais la réservation enregistrée sur mon téléphone, il faut faire attention et demander la facture, très malhonnête ! Le reste du personnel est impeccable. Le directeur est courtois et accueillant.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Service good.
They could not get television to work.
Local taxes were charged twice. Once by ********** in the billing and the reception insisted on charging regardless showed them it was paid and I had to pay again.
