The Riad Bensouda in Fès is a journey like no other. The 400 year old home of an academic, now a Riad/Hotel that serves its guests an experience far beyond lovely rooms, quiet nights, and first rate accommodations. The breakfast table is simply delicious, coffee is always waiting, no matter how early. The kitchen staff create Moroccan old and new cuisine at your will. Management and staff meet every need, always with a smile and a personal touch - it felt like my home. A guest experiences the ancient city of Fez, and modern comforts, which combine to make this hotel genuinely unforgettable.

Spend an amazing few days in this gem of a place! Indeed, it feels like a labyrinth and yet you know that you are at home in every single for book and cranny of this amazing, enchanting place. The genuine presence and smiles of Yassim and his staff add an amazing flavour to the deliciousness of this ancient place!

一個迷人的地方，古老的學校與現代的藝術的結合體。我和父親在古城隨意逛的時候發現了Bensouda酒店，我們點了兩杯橙汁，沒想到發現了新大陸，裏面空間很大，我們很順利的訪問了這裏。Yassine是一位極具魅力的英俊男士，非常帥，也很樂於幫助別人。我和父親在這裏度過了美好的時光！A charming place where old schools meet modern art. My father and I found Bensouda Hotel when we were wandering around the ancient city. We ordered two cups of orange juice, but we did not expect to find a new continent with a large space inside. We visited here smoothly. Yassine is a very attractive and handsome man, very handsome and very helpful. I had a wonderful time here with my father!

Un accueil de très grande qualité et un séjour plus qu'épanouissant ! L'équipe a été attentive tout le temps et a l'écoute. Mention spéciale à Ibrahim ! Expérience a ne pas rater ! Y compris le Hammam et le massage. Ou les petits déjeuners délicieux. Vous ne le regretterez pas !

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Mitten in der quirligen Medina gelegen, die von der Dachterasse perfekt überblickt werden kann! Auch das Frühstück und der Poolbereich in einem der mehreren (!) Innenhöfe waren wirklich super! Außerdem ist das Personal überaus höflich und zuvorkommend, es wurde sich immer um alles gekümmert, wirklich hervorragend! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung hierher zu kommen!

I have come with my family of 5 at this beautiful riad , right away we were welcomed with Moroccan tea and homemade cookies and we felt a good energy, the manager Yasim explained the history of the place and gave us a tour, the beauty of tiles is breathtaking, we did a cooking class with the cook and the food was delicious, and we ve learnt a lot Thank you for the kindness of all the team

It was an amazing stay at this traditional riad which you can find the moroccan artisanal and the most delicious dishes a Special thanks to Mr. Yassine to make our stay memorable and his hospitality. I will visit again on my next vacation see you soon.

Excellent choix Au milieu de la Médina Au contraire des grincheux qui postent pour dire que les chambres sont comme ci et les salles de bain manquent de ça, le charme de ce riad est indéniable. Chambres superbes, petit déjeuner copieux, mention spéciale au jus d'orange... Le personnel est extrêmement prévenant, souriant, disponible. Mentions spéciales à Hamrani, Mamadou, Benoit. Je n'oublie pas les masseuses, femmes de chambre etc... Omar, guide proposé par la direction du riad a été au top pour notre visite de la médina. Il sait tout, à réponse à tout et ne nous balade pas de boutiques de babouches aux magasins de poterie. Il est incollable et a rendu la balade passionnante. Toujours disponible, patient et souriant, il est resté 9h avec nous... Mohamed, le chauffeur proposé par le riad est un petit gars sympathique qui a rendu les 3 ballades (Taza, Meknes,Ifrane) plus que plaisantes et intéressantes. Il est cultivé, souriant, prévenant et connaît tout. Il était un membre du groupe à part entière. Grosses rigolades. Merci à Yassine qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. The Riad is very beautiful, with a large rooftop terracce, which has an outstandig view of the city.. lots of sunbeds. The room we had was on the top, direct access to a terrace with sun beds and chairs. be prepared for a lot of stairs. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful Be prepared of a 10 minutes walk from the car to the Riad, but someone will help with the luggage We can only recommend this place
