A chartered tour is the most suitable option for one person’s travel. When visiting the attractions in Casablanca, I found that the local guide Morocco Xiaolin recommended by Ctrip made me very satisfied from the consultation to the reservation. I am not picky, and Xiaolin is also a refreshing person. We Hit it off. It is highly recommended to choose the Moroccan Kobayashi chartered car for travel.

Stayed here foe 2 nights whilst touring Morocco. Best part of the hotel was the superb views over Fes. Hotel is dated, very few facilities in room, no coffee etc. However room was clean. Evening meals, although a reasonable choice, it was basic and most food wasn't hot. Same for breakfast.

The hotel is very dated and no fridge, kettle or iron on our room. On requesting for them we were told not available. Staff at reception … young lad … rude and arrogant… he shortchanged all of us that changed money… so make sure you count your money at the desk before leaving. Left us all feeling very angry and upset. Very old carpets and decor. Breakfast had many options and the coffee and milk were hot. Dinner was good with many choices of vegetables and meat. Dessert was average except for the delicious caramel custard. Overall …. Let’s just say I wouldn’t go back.

It appears that the hotel has been renovated. Our room and common areas were very clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The meals (breakfast and dinner) taken in buffet form were very good. Note the beautiful view from this hotel which overlooks the city.

Barely 3 stars, it's freezing everywhere and shabby restaurant and canteen breakfast OK room but in need of renovation. Especially the NOISE at night if you overlook the parking lot it's hellish Dogs, screams, cars and of course the call to prayer, think about earplugs Too bad because terrace with beautiful view of the city

Hotel far from the city, old. Moquette in the rooms..moreover stained..sanitary fixtures from 1900...breakfast. a buffet that leaves something to be desired (to drink: only jugs of milk and coffee... and a juice... stop). The classic automatic machines which are never present everywhere and which would have lifted the situation a little are missing.

A 5-star hotel that doesn't even deserve 3. The room has furniture that looks like a flea market, or like a town house where you bring what you don't want. The room with stains and discolored, bathtub with very old rusty shower. There is no wifi in the room, no coverage. Just the right amenities. Bin without bag. Just plug in. The hallway with a rug on top of another is supposed to cover what is below. Dinner: vegetable salad or puree/ marlin or entrecôte/ flan or fruit salad. Frozen bread. Breakfast: industrial pastries, skimping on juice, coffee brought to you from the kitchen. Just salty. Food summary: tacky hostel. Room summary: not even 2

Très belle situation de l'hôtel sur les hauteurs de Fès avec vue sur la ville Belle terrasse dominant Fès Hôtel vieillot, ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles Moquette vieillotte, chambre normale, mais vieillotte L'agence de voyage nous a fait payer 40 € de plus pour une chambre avec vue sur Fès, alors que nous avons été placés à l'arrière. Pas moyen de négocier avec le gérant de l'hôtel. Voyez avec votre agence, mais notre agence ne veut jamais rien entendre non plus.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group . The room we had was a bit dated but there was a great view of the city , shame we didn’t have a balcony to enjoy it more. Not much room for suitcases , we perched one across 2 chairs . Bed was ok , sadly no walk in shower . Staff were nice , friendly & helpful. Dinner & breakfasts were included. There was enough choice to find something you liked for both dinners . Breakfast was good . Drinks were ok , not unreasonable prices for a hotel . Surprised there was no water in our room on second day . I did ask & was told they only supply it on day one , then you have to purchase it . A bit odd as they surly don’t want you cleaning your teeth in tap water ……oh well . There was a nice terrace with views of the city & comfy sofas . Swimming pool looked ok & there were sunbeds on the terrace which we used . It was overall a pleasant stay .
