Le confort est simple mais c'est très propre, la clim fonctionne, l'accueil est sympathique, et l'hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir les multiples richesses de la ville. En plus l'autocar peut arriver jusqu'à l'hôtel. La restauration est simple mais convenable. Satisfaisant pour une étape lors d'un voyage en groupes en janvier 2024

Hotel ok for a night but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Staff friendly though many couldn’t speak English. Food wasn’t good shame they don’t cook local dishes. Swimming pool was out of action on the top floor. Bar had a Moroccan singer and band, bit seedy full of local men so felt like a pick up joint.

3rd floor room. Serviced by two lifts. Clean room and reception area. Light room with good bathroom and walk-in rain shower. Air con ok. Insufficient electric plug points near mirror (for wife/hair). Dinner (A La carte) was good. Said - head waiter was best hotel staff member we have met in 3 hotels in Morocco so far. Breakfast buffet was also very pleasant. Happy to return here.

Personnel très sympathique et hôtel propre mais c'est tout ! Hôtel pas trop mal situé mais apparemment la piscine est en travaux depuis 1 an . Stipulé nul par lors de la réservation en plein mois de juillet a 45 degrés c'est une drôle de suprise . Le personnel gené ! On peut avoir beaucoup moins cher et mieux placé a Fez. Restaurant vide matin midi et soir Absence de piscine ,il y a une terrasse mais vous pouvez pas y rester 5 min car au un parasol sous 45 degré. Hôtel très froid! Mon père a séjourné hôtel de la paix sur un boulevard beaucoup plus animé,moins cher et chambre avec clim très récente,propre, contrairement à cet hôtel très propre tout récent... Bref la prochaine fois c'est la bas que j'irai !! De + je vous réserve 1 taxi a 200 dhrs juste pour aller a l'aéroport,mon père souhaitait m'accompagner mais pour le retour ils exigent encore 150 dhrs c'est fou ça !! A fuir dommage pour le personnel qui fait de son mieux !!!

This was another good hotel during our adventure trip in Morocco. Very good location, across from bank with ATM and money exchange. Close to small shops, cafes and pharmacies. Within walking distance of a big shopping centre with a Carrefour where you can find almost everything you need. Part of this store (but outside) was a small outlet where you can buy beer and wine. Rooms were very good, spacious and very clean. Big bathroom with shower or bathtub, and of course a bidet. Warm (not hot) water with medium water pressure. Bathroom fan seemed on its last legs, sending out cries for help with a grinding, metallic sound. Very friendly and helpful staff, both at reception and in the breakfast room. Good breakfast, even if on the second day croissants and chocolate buns were not as fresh. You can have eggs made to order. No problem with street noise. Rooms have fridges, but no safe. We had two adjoining rooms, one of which had a big balcony. Very good housekeeping. Disappointed that the pool was closed due to construction, but this has to be done at some point in time. We had laundry done and got everything back within three hours. Recommended.

Que demander a un hôtel? Qu'il soit propre. Qu'il soit confortable, et que l'on s'y repose. Que la clim fonctionne, surtout au Maroc! Que le wi-fi fonctionne. Que le ou les restaurants soient bien. Que l'on se sente bienvenu. L'hôtel Across coche tous ces critères. Il ne lui manque qu'un peu de personnalité pour se distinguer, et acquérir une âme.

If you need a hotel with easy access to major international supermarkets and McDonalds, this is it. To get to the old town is only 10 dirhams for a mini-taxi. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and some have balconies (although it might be too hot to use in summer). When the weather is hot, the biggest draw is the rooftop pool and proper licensed bar (even during Ramadan). I was a bit disappointed that there was no supply of soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice. One inconvenience is that the wifi is only available at the reception.
