Please BEWARE! We are avid travelers and I have never encountered or experienced anything like this. My flight was delayed and subsequently canceled unfortunately which meant we missed all our connecting flights and it was a nightmare of a 12- hour situation and heartbreakingly frustrating and disappointing. I was able to cancel this hotel for a refund until Dec. 8th. My flight nightmare was on Dec. 9th. I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund as I didn’t know when I could find the flights to get halfway across the world with kids during the holidays. They stalled, didn’t answer their phones, didn’t respond to my numerous emails, I got the “I don’t speak English” schtick and finally they just refused to accommodate us in any capacity. I was 1 day off from the full cancellation date and they still had 6 days to try and rebook and they refused. I tried to change the date, they refused. It was either I check in when I said I would or get charged the full amount as a no show! Zero empathy Zero sympathy Zero customer service. I like to know what kind of business I am supporting and know this could happen to anyone- 1 cancelled flight caused us to miss are next 2 connections. This place could care less…in their policy no shows are charged the full amount so if I’m a no show, that’s a win for them. This business is run by crooks and gives a bad name to their City.

It’s an elegant beautiful traditional riad in the heart of the old Medina where you can feel like you are home, the rooms are clean and comfortable, fantastic friendly stuff, beautiful terrace with a panoramic view, attractive courtyard, delicious homemade cooking with amazing touch of details. In short: highly recommended !

Impressionnant riad à la mille et une nuit. Des suites spacieuses et magnifiquement décorées, une gastronomie locale délicieuse et un personnel au petit soin. En plus le calme qui y règne te plonge dans l'atmosphère du lieu. Une agréable surprise, à refaire et à recommander vivement
