酒店很有文化也很有味道。訂了豪華套房，給了整個酒店一樓最角落的套房，又黑還不能拉開窗簾，外邊緊鄰泳池，人走來走去。估計是全酒店最差的豪華套房，物無所值。

Beautiful place needs attention. Wonderful restaurant and staff throughout. Floor of bathroom was dirty (unidentified brown substance), mattress high in middle, low on ends and at headboard. Pool and other areas being jack-hammered with tile removal which made sitting outside at restaurant during day unpleasant. We were emailed that pool was undergoing maintenance the day or 2 before arrival—past deadline to cancel and book with another hotel. Bathroom and rest of room so dark I had to use flashlight to put on make-up! I would recommend restaurant completely, but not a stay in the hotel.

Je suis très déçu par l'expérience de restauration au Palais Faraj. Malgré avoir réservé une table avec vue, nous avons été relégués à une table normale, tandis que les tables avec vue ont été préférées à des clients étrangers. Bien que nous étions 5, seulement 2 menus nous ont été fournis, et lorsque j'ai demandé plus de menus, le serveur a refusé en disant que seuls 2 menus étaient distribués. Le service manquait cruellement de professionnalisme. En tant que Marocains, nous sommes familiers avec la gastronomie locale, et pourtant, nous avons été servis avec du pain rassis et des tagines qui semblaient surgelés. Aucun respect pour le consommateur marocain, et l'équipe n'était pas du tout souriante. Je ne recommande absolument pas la restauration de cet hôtel à quiconque.

I visited the spa for a fantastic deep tissue massage. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. This spa is my favourite in Fes and I will always come back. Everything is very clean and the products are of premium quality. I would highly recommend.

A beautiful Ryad hotel with exquisite traditional decor. Quiet location . Great staff - especially Sou Fian who went above and beyond to help us.The rooftop restaurant was the venue for buffet breakfast and Ramadan buffet- both of which were amazing in variety and quality
