bien localisé à rcif pas loin de bcp de monuments historiques 5sur5 pour l accueil pro de Nour el Houda et Aaz elArab et sa femme un cordon bleu Khalid Salahdine une équipe pro et serviable le p'tit dej qui change chaque jour on a pris un dinner à 3 prépare par l épouse Aaz el arab pastilla des variétés de salades marocaine un tagine aux pruneaux bien préparé comme à la maison rien n avoir avec les restos points négatif : la télé pas de chaînes locaux ni françaises bcp de chaînes allemandes certaines chambres pas de wifi peinture de salle de bain abîmée il vaut mieux mettre du zelige et faire douche à l italienne revisiter l installation électrique j ai eu un étincelle en allumant la lumières manque d abat jour je vous le recommande

3 notti fantastiche in questo Riad! Personale gentile, vista dalla terrazza pazzesca, cene e colazioni di ottima qualità. Posizione ottima! Nour gentilissima nei consigli, ci ha organizzato su nostra richiesta un tour nella medina ed uno a Chefchaouen.

Amazing stay at a beautiful Riad right in the old town, near the medina. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome. Noor booked our bus tickets for us and even arranged some tours (these were not great, but it’s not the hotel’s fault in any way). The price for the tours, which the hotel gave us, was very good either way. She was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were always happy. If there’s anything that you want / think can be improved she will try and arrange it. The room was stunning and spacious with everything you need. Fantastic bed, black out curtains, excellent shower / bath with good pressure. Decent WIFI and a cute little terrace too. If you go during Ramadan you will be woken up (probably everywhere in Fez) by extremely loud prayers at 4am from the adjacent medina. This, again, is not the hotel’s fault in any way - just something to be aware of. The staff are all very friendly and polite, and it’s a lovely peaceful oasis in Fez. I would definitely go back - the value for money is incredible. I want to take the opportunity to thank Noor again for everything she did to make our stay comfortable ❤️

The Riad is decorated beautifully and very authentic. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was always really nice and a little different everyday. The orange juice is just the best! All staff were all very accommodating and ready to help when needed. Highly recommend when staying in fes! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

We arrived at the Riad a bit road weary from our desert experience and this beautiful, peaceful respite was much needed. The room was beautiful and I felt like a princess. The manager Nour and her caring staff help organize a guide, a hammam and even a covid test for our flight from Marrakech. When I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday they celebrated with a cake. We also ate two excellent meals with one of the best tagines we had in Morocco. Above and beyond all the way.

We spent a full three days here to enjoy Fes and unwind from a whirlwind tour of Morocco before heading back to the States. A beautiful riad and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They arranged for a private tour guide for the medina (highly recommended or you will stay lost the entire time), a private hammam session and helped us with many other details. Our meals there were among the best experienced in Morocco. The Riad is kept very clean. For the price, an unbelievable value; you will not be disappointed here!
