The hotel has very good location 5 minutes walking to Burg Fes Mall and near to the old city , staff at the Reception very friendly (Ms Hanan) also at the main restaurant, food whatever for Breakfast or Dinner are very good and enough, don’t like to forget the Housekeeping ladies are excellent, but the hotel now under maintenance for the rooms and some outlets

We stayed only 1 night with a group and shocked by the rudeness of the restaurant staff and incredibly noisy room with no hot water😡😡😡 It was the worst 4 * hotel I had been, and does not deserve even one star !!! I dont recommend this hotel to anyone if you do not want to ruin your holiday, will definitely inform our tour company to prevent further nightmares !

Hotel carino come struttura ma pessimo per tutto il resto. Cena scarsa, tavoli sporchi Stanza e bagno sporchi che avrebbero bisogno di personale che sappia cosa vuol dire fare le pulizie, dopo le nostre rimostranze ci hanno cambiato la stanza che era solo un po' più nuova ma ugualmente poco pulita

Dai commenti eravamo preparati al peggio. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, solo il rumore del traffico era importante. Cena nella norma, colazione molto scarsa. Situato nella zona moderna vi da la possibiltà di fare due passi fuori,vicino a negozi e centro commerciale.

Hotel media gama pero aceptable.La zona de la pileta muy agradeble y cuidada. El hotel merece mayor mantenimiento. El desayuno bueno pero escaso y oferta local es decir no internacional. La cena con poco variedad. Las habitaciones comodas pero pequeñas.

Basic Clean Accommodation , Poor Services , Poor Directional Signage & Sense of Guest’s security & Buffet Food & Service quality ( dinner and bfast ) a total disaster. The climate control in the room was malfunctioned and the wifi provided - a waste of time.

We spent 2 nights in this rather dated hotel as part of a tour of Morocco. It needs a good upgrade to compete with other hotels on the tour. We had 2 breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel , non of which were inspiring. Was glad when we moved on.
