Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, tout y est magnifique et d’un très bon goût, aucune faute. Surtout le jardin qui est un vrai petit paradis. Frais et reposant avec un beau restaurant au fond. Le personnel est extra. Nous y reviendrons la prochaine fois en famille car les enfants sont bienvenus, avec la piscine c’est parfait.

Amazing riad in Fez. Beautiful place, each room as a name a a unique decoration. Riad has a restaurant, breakfast is excelent. Location is also great as it is in the medina. Car must be parked in a public garage about 200 mts from the riad.

We stayed here with our daughter (age 15) for four nights, and loved every minute. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and the staff could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Houcine is a superb and professional manager, and the owner, Paul Biehn, utterly charming and a great host. Our room was Les Bédouines, which was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, a charming en-suite shower room, and double aspect views across the narrow streets and rooftops of the Medina. We dined in the restaurant one evening, under the olive tree, and it was one of the best meals of our whole stay in Fez. The Riad is beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style with a charming courtyard garden, plunge pool, water feature, lush vegetation, lanterns suspended from the trees and pretty painted furniture with colourful cushions. We requested the laundry service, and clothes returned spotless and beautifully ironed. Houcine arranged an excellent driver for us to do a full day trip out to Meknes and Volubilis - definitely not to be missed - and our transfers to and from Fez airport were seamless. We cannot recommend Les Jardins des Biehn highly enough, and hope to return very soon!

Un petit coin de paradis à 15 mn à pied de la porte bleue très bien situé pour les visites. Quiétude garantie dans ce coin de verdure. J étais dans la chambre Circasienne très joliment décorée, au dessus de l accueil, pas très grande mais avec une belle terrasse avec le bruissement de l eau qq mettre en dessous. Très bon accueil. L implantation des chambres fait qu on a l impression d avoir ce palais d été pour soi. Le personnel est au top en particulier la personne qui vous accueille pour le pdj. J ai fait un hammam avec lavage au savon noir et gommage, Bonne expérience. Petite piscine raffraichante. Excellente litterie. Climatisation top. Il faut se motiver pour sortir pour les visites. Tarif plus élevé qu un hôtel classique mais pour trouver en France ce type d hébergement vous devriez cibler un relai château. Faites vous plaisir, j y ai passé 4 nuits. Ruelles piétonnes autour. Je suis passé par le Riad pour les taxis aller retour. Un porteur du Riad vous accompagne jusqu au taxi avec une une charrette pour vos bagages.

Nous ne sommes allés qu'au restaurant, mais nous avons été déçus, comparé à d'autres site de même style comme Ruined garden. Accueil moyen, c'est le seul restaurant de Fés qui nous a dit lors de la résa qu'il réattribuait la table si 15 mn de retard. Nous étions 5 avec une enfant de 6 ans ( très sage) aucune adaptation du menu possible pour elle. L'endroit est très beau, belle déco mais c'est cher pour ce qui est proposé, les desserts sont très moyen ( gâteau chocolat sans gout et pastilla fleur d'oranger basique). Service pas aimable.

We loved our 4 nights at Jardin des Biehn The rooms are sumptuous and beautifully decorated each with a story to tell . Our bed and linen were top class and very comfortable and the AC worked well despite the high temperatures outside The gardens are beautiful dotted around with tortoises of varying sizes But what elevated our stay to one of our favourite ever trips was the service from all the staff who were to a man and woman charming kind and helpful We had the best hamman and massage of our lives and loved our breakfasts surrounded by exotic plants Having travelled to Morocco before but not to Fez we can now declare it our favourite city We will surely return for more peace and tranquility

It was a pleasure to stay in this quiet and cozy riad. It is a gem of lush gardens and pools, located just inside the gate of the medina in a great location for shopping and exploring. The room was elegant and plush and every comfort was seen to. We had our laundry done and I had a hamman which was spectacular. The restaurant food is excellent and they even made up a tray and took it up to our room for my husband as he was not feeling well. We were treated like royalty. The hotel even arranged a guide to take me through the medina and all my luggage and transportation to and from the gate and the train station was all handled by the friendly front desk. Overall, an outstanding experience. I recommend this place highly. Five big stars!

What a delightful Riad to stay at, on the edge of the Medina. Extremely comfortable, slightly quirky decor. Wonderful garden, excellent cuisine. Service levels par excellence: thank you especially to Paul and Houcine, who were charming, helpful and attentive, as were all the staff. A great place for us to enjoy our Silver Wedding, thank you.

Located near the Medina, this Riad was occupied by high ranking government officials 100 years ago, and is now owned and operated by a French family that fell in love with the property and live onsite. The rooms we saw were either large or massive. Upon check in there was a problem with plumbing in our reserved room, and management quickly moved us to a very large suite for the remainder of our stay. The owners have some background with antiques and you will find each room and other parts of the Riad decorated with items from their travels around the world. Within the walls of the Riad is a large garden providing a tranquil location to relax and unwind. We were there for 3 days and had most of our meals there as well. The owners, managers and staff were attentive and caring.
