The boss is very nice, the room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is also rich, the hotel is in a good location and it is also convenient to go to the ancient city of Medina. It is a very satisfactory experience.

The trip to Fez surprised me the most. The exquisite environment, thoughtful service, and the enthusiasm of the people in the old town are not as described by everyone. There is love everywhere. Very friendly service. They texted me right back via WhatsApp regarding questions. Late check in possible. Breakfast ist great, however normally not included with Trip.com. The lobby is very big for a Medina Riad. The terrasse offers a great view. Room and everything else is very clean and looks renovated. Definitely one of the upper-class Riads in Medina -of course also not the cheapest one.5/5 stars

Had the best experience here! Breakfast was exceptional, service was exemplary and impeccable, literally cannot fault anything. Simon,mohamed and hisham been very kind and attentive very hard workers and professionals always smiling,they are a credit to riad braya, knowledgeable and courteous to the max,Well done guys,the place it's absolutely lovely,very peaceful,I been sleeping like a baby I will be back for sure better than any other 5 star hotels in fez and will recommend this place 100 %.

The hotel service is excellent, the decoration is beautiful, and the location is very close to the Médina. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the rooms are well-equipped. It is highly recommended!

Lo hemos reservado por la buena nota y fue un engaño .A pesar de la buena nota debo de decir que a nosotros nos dio una muy mala habitación con unas ventanas que ni en la cárcel no existen y en el baño no podías estar de pie para ducharte y no tenía mucha gana de sentarme en una bañera bastante sucia Ahora pondré las fotos No se debería de permitir estas clases de habitaciones y más cuando hemos pagado 100€ por noche un engaño alado mismo hay unos riad mucho más bonitos limpios y más económicos
