The Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.

A black guy worked at the front desk and gave me mint tea three times. The front door is very small and the stairs are also very narrow. It's okay when you get upstairs, and there's a rooftop. Note that you can use Google Maps walking navigation to find the hotel, do not ask someone to guide you.

This was a great stay we where supposed to stay only for 1 night but bad planning on out end we stayed for 4 best hotel owner and son and great friends who showed us around, made for some great memories definitely cooming back

My family and I had a great time in this Dar. Bedrooms were basic but had Aircon and the beds were comfortable and clean, so no more to ask for the price. Location was great, walking distance to anywhere in Medina. What really shined here was the the staff that converted a good stay into an excellent one.

Incroyable riad ! Chambre spacieuse avec une très grande salle de bain. Très propre et très calme. Idéalement situé à proximité de restaurants et du vieux Fès. Petit déjeuner parfait. Le personnel hatim est très serviable et toujours disponible pour aider. Hatim nous a organizer une belle exurtion. J'espaire de vous revoire ...

the location and Suares the receptionist are the only good thing about the Riad. The bathroom was without any maintenance, not very clean. The whole room, and especially the mattress were terrible. They must renovate all the Riad.

I have visited this place few weeks ago in dar chourok and I cannot stop thinking about that. It was one of the most incredible experiences that I ever had. They treated us on the best way from the first moment. I would really like to repeat this experience

Had an awesome stay here! Hatim the owner took great care of us & personally showed us around. The room was very clean & well kept as well. Felt safe and enjoyed the private and cosy environment that the hotel was located at. Hope to cross paths again Hatim!

Both the owner of the guest house and his son were very helpful.They called me a taxi and gave me tea.I was also taught a henna tattoo."I stayed only for one day, but it was very good."The room was unique Moroccan and enjoyable. 初めてのモロッコで、女子一人でとてもドキドキしていましたがスタッフの良い対応のおかげで心配なく過ごすことができました。お茶を入れてくださったりヘナタトゥーも教えていただき、他ですることはないと思ったのでしてみました。部屋もモロッコ風で他にはないいい味がありました！息子さんの方は英語がペラペラです。

Good location off the main street (pedestrian) In the Medina,"ancient old town"; 8+ minute walk from the Medina gate, this is a small "Dar" a house-like hostal to sleep-no front desk versus a a larger "Riad" with courtyard, trees etc. (I learned the difference later) I had the cheap single economy room with hard bed combined toilet/shower (book the double room not single), however the double rooms are nicer and softer beds, better bath/shower.Offsite manager speaks English,and a few minutes after you arrive he arrives you have mint tea and signs you in, after that you message via **********. The housekeeper speaks Arabic-used my phone to translate as needed.
