Sono innamorata di questo hotel e il posto. La location bellissimo. .Hotel 5 stelle dove ti senti molto bene. sono stata tre volte veramente Personale Professionali, cordiali molto attenti .molto pulito.colazione e cena di alto livello vini buoni. wellness completo .sempre al top ci torneremo

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questa SPA. Non abbiamo soggiornato nell’Hotel perciò questa recensione è solo per la SPA. Siamo stati benissimo, vi sono moltissime attività, compresa una parete per arrampicata e una palestra. Tra bagno turco e saune di vario tipo non c’è modo di annoiarsi. Piscina interna comunicante con una esterna. Sala relax, grotta di sale, frutta fresca, secca, tisane. In certi orari ci sono dei piccoli eventi come le gettate di vapore e il peeling nella sauna al pino mugo. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto. Sono a segnalare che nelle saune non è possibile accedere con i costumi classici in lycra, quindi se non si vuole entrare nudi (consigliato da loro, magari con un telo intorno) bisogna procurarsi costumi in cotone. Forniscono accappatoi, ciabattine e teli in quantità. Non da sottovalutare tante opere d’arte molto particolari. Una cosa speciale nuotare all’aperto mentre sta nevicando. Non dimenticate che è un adults-only.

La struttura è bellissima, la spa deliziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. I trattamenti qualitativi e il personale davvero molto gentile e professionale. Il ristorante offre piatti gustosi, equilibrati e accattivanti anche nella presentazione. Per questi motivi siamo tornati per la terza volta in questo hotel che adoriamo. Aggiungo che, durante l’ultima mia visita, ho dimenticato un paio di capi in un armadio e mi sono stati spediti a Milano con estrema gentilezza, anche confezionate con le caramelle. Sono dettagli, ma anche nei dettagli questo albergo non delude mai.

Sono innamorata di questo hotel dove ho soggiornato già 2 volte. Si respira senso artistico, relax e romanticismo ed un' estrema cura dei dettagli. Colazione con prodotti di qualità, suggerisco solo di aumentare l' opzione dolce, inserendo qualche torta/crostata. Ottimo il ristorante. La spa è molto particolare, sia la parte più storica che quella più nuova. Suggerisco di rinnovare alcune docce. Personale cordiale, gentile. Apprezzate le attività nella spa, le iniziative gastronomiche e lo yoga. Tornerò a soggiornarvi senz'altro. Grazie!

Finalmente un hotel a 5 stelle all'insegna della cordialità e dell'educazione!!! Finalmente un hotel a 5 stelle dove ti senti bene e non sei soltanto un numero!!! L'hotel è veramente bellissimo: storia, arte e design si fondono insieme... creando una piacevole armonia... nulla è lasciato al caso, ogni oggetto, ogni dipinto è lì che deve stare!!! Il personale è veramente attento, mai invadente... come deve essere!!! La cucina, poi, è un trionfo di sapori, di colori... eccellente!!! Mio marito ed io con il nostro barboncino Blu siamo stati davvero bene!!! Grazie...

Una struttura splendida e ben curata. Si respira un clima molto familiare e gentile. Cucina raffinata e leggera. Il ristorante è un punto di forza, con personale preparatissimo, oltre ad essere professionalmente cortese ha un gesto amorevole per ogni cliente. Il caposala o maitre ha un modo molto elegante di dirigere un equipe preparata. La proprietà ha una presenza discreta, ma attenta nel seguire le esigenze degli ospiti.
