Pensavo di aver prenotato un albergo, invece il bagno sembrava quello di un camper. L’unica cosa salvabile è la posizione e la pulizia delle stanze. Per il resto farò un elenco - colazione con soli prodotti confezionati, addirittura miele nel tubetto del supermercato; - personale non disponibile e antipatico: non hanno prestato aiuto nello spalare la neve agli ospiti per uscire (la proprietaria ci ha detto che in quel momento stavano servendo le colazioni e non l’avrebbero fatto). - andando a sciare, abbiamo lasciato le chiavi una mattina alla reception per evitare di perderle. Al rientro la sera abbiamo telefonato chiedendo di aprirci e sempre la simpatica signora ha detto testuali parole “sono in pigiama, non scendo, devo andare a dormire” quando abitava semplicemente al piano superiore. Alla fine insistendo, le ha fatte trovare sotto lo zerbino. Potrei andare avanti, ma le dico solo: spero le apra di fronte un servizio di gente giovane, disponibile e competente. In ogni caso, sappia di aver fornito un servizio ai limiti dell’accettabile. Ma comunque, considerando la zona, ora capisco il prezzo 😉

Wir sind spontan angereist und hatten Glück ein Zimmer spontan belegen zu können. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nettes Personal, unkompliziertes einchecken mit einem Willkommens-Getränk. Die Zimmerausstattung ist urig und gemütlich. So wie man es eben erwartet in Südtirol. Parkplätze findet man mit ein bisschen Geduld aber normalerweise sollten ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sein.

Super netter Abend, das Lokal ist sicher etwas rustikal aber für mich genau das was ich in Südtirol erwartet habe. Eine kleine Karte mit regionalen Speisen, bei mir war es das Schnitzel und meine Frau hatte das Menü mit Schlutzkrapfen und Speckplatte vorweg. Alles top, wir kommen gerne wieder! P.S.: wer Schickimicki sucht ist hier falsch, wer gemütlich gut essen will ist hier richtig! 😉

Tour mercatini di Natale, lago di Carezza e Bolzano. Sempre in 3, 2 adulti ed il nostro piccolo cane. Non è facile trovare alberghi dove i nostri amici pelosi siano trattati in questo modo! Grazie! Accolti benissimo e, cosa molto rara, accesso alla sala ristorante. Oltre a questo, che per me' è tantissimo, l albergo è semplice ma molto carino, caldo e pulito. Colazione ottima con tutto quanto si può desiderare ed anche la cena ci ha soddisfatto . Posizione comoda con parcheggio, in pieno centro di Fiè e con vista sullo Scilliar Promosso pieni voti

Camera pulita dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione abbondante e buonissima con brioche ancora calde. Parcheggio sotto l'hotel. Posizione tranquilla e ottima per raggiungere la cabinovia che porta all'Alpe di Siusi. Gentilezza infinita dalla signora conosciuta al nostro chek-in al ragazzo del bar al mattino. Direi che ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Patty ti accoglie e ti fa sentire a casa, punto strategico sia in Estate che in inverno, per passeggiare o sciare sull'Altopiano di Siusi e la Val Gardena: l'impianto di risalita si trova a 5 Min d'automobile o mezzo pubblico. La cucina é spettacolare e il rapporto qualità/prezzo concorrenziale. Consigliata la mezza pensione.
