A fantastic hotel!

Nice little quant hotel with very helpful staff . Intially we were put into a very samll room not even enough space to lay down a suitcase flat but we asked for a better room and got one much bigger for 15 euros extra ! Nice little lounge bar and secure parking just down the road for our bikes . Breakfast was fine and its in a great location

This is a well situated hotel and the room was light and airy. The reception staff were excellent - very helpful, knowledgable and willing assist with all requests. The lounge area is a very relaxing space to sit and unwind; drinks were served with the minimum of fuss but with very good presentation. Breakfast was simple with reasonable choices - always space available and staff on hand to replenish supplies. Easy access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. We arrived and departed by taxi to the station - 5 minutes and as many euros. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a small hotel in the center of the town. They have a beautiful and well decorated lobby in the hotel and a wonderful seating area with a bar The rooms are not big but they have all of what we need and with an amazing decoration The dining room serves breakfast with a great variety The staff are all extremely helpful and nice I will definitely come back in the future

Very beautiful hotel, with tastefully designed rooms and a helpfull staff. Very nice relaxation area with a bar. Breakfast buffet with a large variety of choices. Location is close to the beach, the restaurants and the harbour. We loved staying here and would love to come back.

We stay here for just one night while on a cycling tour. The hotel was perfectly located in the center of town, yet close to the beachfront. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel for all of the reasons stated above. They did everything right.

Cozy hotel, great decor, very nice rooms and good breakfast. Excellent location, very nice and welcoming staff, always available to help. Beds and pillows should be o a better quality though. As a boutique hotel, this detail is crucial and should be improved.

Two blocks from the beach in a nicely appointed, modern building and great staff. Elegant lounge for drinks and a beautiful breakfast room. Nice, clean , quiet rooms. We found free street parking within 50 metres of the hotel on both nights. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, close to the beach and restaurants/bars. The train station is about 20mins walk away, but there are taxi's. Very far from Porto Airport, if you aren't driving. *Right, I am not bashing in anyway, I am just bringing to light* Now the reason why I gave it 4* is because the room I stayed in (very spacious and clean for the most part) there were ants! I did raise this with reception and one of the housekeeping staff (very friendly lady) came with ant power and went onto the balcony. But I'm not sure where they were coming from and I couldn't see any when I was out there. I stayed there for 3nights and saw them everyday. They were only on the desk, and side tables. Not many, but after killing a few and to keep seeing them... Well. I didn't see them in the bathroom or in the bed thank goodness. But such a shame! I did email them once I left and they assured me that they had "With the greatest respect we have already dealt with a disinfestation." I think this was after I had left, no idea.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the sea front. Staff were friendly and efficient. Most rooms have a window onto the street. A few have the main window onto the internal staircase (so one would wish to keep the curtains closed for privacy) and a small high window with iron bars. If that sort of thing bothers you then ask for a room overlooking the street. Breakfast was served in a windowless room in the basement. Buffet, but quality was certainly nothing special. Wifi in the room worked well but there was no wifi in the breakfast room.
