優點：地理位置好，出門就是商業街，對面就是唐人街，幾條馬路就到yarra河 。整體裝修比較新 。
缺點：1.沒有免費瓶裝水 。2.沒有牙刷牙膏，沐浴露洗髮水等都是大瓶裝公用 。3.大堂小的像個招待所 。4.被子居然不是用被套，像老式的那種用兩層被單包着被芯，睡着極其不舒服 。5.給我們的房間在2樓，窗前有個一樓的屋頂，無任何景觀，並感覺很不安全 。
特別解釋一下，房間雖然不算特別小，但沒有照片那樣大，廣角鏡頭裡有點不真實 。總之，和五星酒店完全搭不上 。

The room facilities are OK, and the location is good, right next to Chinatown. But the staff's efficiency is really too low. When I checked in for the first time, only one of the two rooms had information, and the other room had to wait at least 40 minutes before checking in, because of IT problems. Later, when I extended my stay, it was even more troublesome. I had paid on Ctrip, but the hotel still didn't have the reservation information. It took at least half an hour to get it done. The front desk asked me to leave my information, and it was only later that it was done.
It really affected my mood.

This hotel is not very friendly to Chinese people. It is not on the same level as the Pullman Hotel in China. It only has a four-star standard at most, and the service experience is also very poor.
