Prima locatie! Goede service. Schoon en compleet appartement. Goede bereikbaarheid. Weet alleen niet of de beschikbaarheid van het skihok wordt gecontroleerd. In huis 11 was het heel vol! Misschien anderen die daar ten onrechte ook gebruik van maken? Dichterbij dan andere skihok? Controle op gebruik garage?

Great appartment, clean and cosy, very close to the ski lifts and equipped with all you need for a wonderful winter holiday. Nice pool and wellness facilities, great staff and restaurant and nice other guests. A place to return year after year!

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bat sehr viel Platz. Zudem war die Aussicht auf dem Balkon atemberaubend. Der ganze Komplex war gut beschriftet und man fand sich auf dem Gelände sehr gut zurecht. Auch für den Transport zu den Aktivitäten wurde seitens Hapimag Hilfe geboten. Empfehle sehr gerne weiter!

Inserito nella assai piacevole località svizzera di Flims, il resort è dotato di ogni comfort, dal centro benessere al ristorante. Appartamenti spaziosi, arredati e corredati in modo perfetto. Cordialità e disponibilità del personale davvero ottimali.

Come sempre Hapimag sceglie delle posizioni strategiche per i suoi appartamenti: sei nel verde, con vista panoramica, nella quiete, ma poco distante dal centro commerciale Coop e dalla funivia di Flims, vicinissimo alla fermata bus per andare a Laax e nei dintorni (che tra l'altro per i turisti è gratis con la guest card fornita alla Reception) Gli chalets sono caratteristici, il bilocale comfort ha una camera essenziale, non grandississima, ma non manca nulla. Punto di forza: il bel balcone con tavolo attrezzato per mangiare all'esterno con vista sulle Alpi, la piscina molto pulita e moderna, il ristorante di qualità. Punto di debolezza: bagno cieco con attiguo bagno alla francese che andrebbe un po' rivisto... Per la clientela italiana, si sa la Svizzera è un po' caruccia...percio' portatevi la spesa da casa ...al supermercato i prezzi sono alle stelle. Nonostante cio' consiglio vivamente il resort per l'ottima posizione , la bellezza di Flims e la gentilezza dello Staff.

A very pleasant weekend at Hapimag Flims. Great location and facilities. Spa, restaurant .... and very clean and well maintained, plus a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The treatment of the staff was wonderful, in particular I want to mention Sofia Carbone, professional, pleasant, empathetic, doing everything to make you enjoy the most. We will definitely come back.
