Me And All Hotel Flims, By Hyatt ★★★★
"The spa is so good If it had a swimming pool, it would be by far the best hotel I've stayed in in Switzerland. I'm sure The bathroom was transparent, so I went with 3 friends, except that it was a bit uncomfortable. It was good The number of breakfast items is a bit small. Value for money, facilities, service, and rooms are flawless."
Arena Lodge ★★★
"The mountains surrounding Flims transform this sprawling village into a circus in an arena: opposite the lodge stands the concrete beam in the shadowy hollow. Hats off to the architects; this little patch of land has been optimally utilized. I wouldn't want to stay there, though. Better to book a room in the main Arena building with a sun balcony (overlooking the beam). The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, but since all my needs were met and the value for money is excellent, I'm giving it 5 green points."
Hotel Adula ★★★★
"This is a very nice location, excellent clean and breakfast. The service team is amazing, everybody was very kind and Victor promptly resolved with class an issue during our stay."
Schweizerhof Flims, Romantik Hotel & SPA ★★★★
"The hotel is gorgeous outside and very vintage inside. All personnel are so friendly and competent always trying to help and make your staying enjoyable. The food at the restaurant (lunch or diner) quite original and delicious, worth trying the experience) Breakfast is also delicious having many options without being overwhelming. Swimming pool and sauna facilities are so relaxing and make you feel disconnected. A must stay while in Flims."
Hotel Cresta ★★★
"We had a couple of days at this hotel in the hills outside Chur. Beautiful setting with amazing vista from the dining room with a picturesque well maintained church next door. The staff were exceedingly good from the jovial manager to the jack of all trades Ionanas (the lovely Greek guy who seemed to be everywhere and apologies if spelling incorrect) to the cleaners and waitresses. Breakfast was really good - with the finest bread rolls of our touring holiday - even if the competition was weak! Dinner is a set 4 course menu with two choices of starter, mains, set dessert or cheese to finish. It was not outstanding but very edible and a bargain 40 CHF compared to other restaurants nearby! The only faults I could really pick out were the lack of the availability of firmer pillows and the rather bath small towels but the latter is a common problem in Switzerland we found! Finally, beware - Switzerland is an incredibly expensive country with eating costs, well above those even in the Cotswolds, which is saying something, and petrol 20 pence a litre more than in the UK!! One restaurant near this hotel was pricing a burger at nearly £40!!!!!"
Flem Mountain Lodge ★★★
"We lived our stay because of the attention to detail, the very attentive hosts and staff. The restaurant has very tasty homemade dishes and a great selection of exclusive wines. Our room had a beautiful view and we loved the beds. The breakfast had a big selection of high quality cheese and charcuterie. They serve fresh fried eggs and barista style coffee."
T3 Hotel Mira Val ★★★
"We stayed at the Hotel T3 Mira Val for a short break with our dog after Carnival in Flims. The welcome was rather cold and not very customer-friendly. For example, they forgot to inform us that you have to take your room key from the key rack at reception by hand (.....), and that you shouldn't ring the bell. This was reproachfully told to me when I had the nerve to ring for the key (.....). So, take the key you want, or yours; there is no checking or supervision. The food is always cool or even cold. The quality of the food is average. The price is very high for the standard offered. There is no common room that would deserve the title. The room is sufficiently large and the balcony is nice. The cleaning ranges from adequate to inadequate, as you can immediately see from the dust bunnies upon closer inspection. The TV cannot be plugged into the socket because the 230VAC cable is too short (.....). The sauna is just okay; it's not exactly nice or pleasant. That's why there are no photos of the sauna facilities online. The plumbing here in the basement (.....), in the sauna, such as the pipes and the mold growth on windowsills, for example, have not been commented on. All in all, I was glad to leave; it wasn't worth changing hotels for just three nights."
Hapimag Ferienwohnungen Flims ★★★★
"Loved to come back to the Hapimag Flims resort. Great location and exceptional staff! In addition the facilities and child friendly offer make it so much easier to stay in when the weather is not great."
T3 Alpenhotel Flims ★★★
"We weren’t sure what to expect from this hotel as some of the reviews are pretty dire, especially regarding the manager. We found Carlos to be very friendly and helpful and hard working, he did his very best to make the holiday enjoyable, we stayed here as part of a group on a 6 night coach trip, the place is a little tired and could do with some updating but by and large we found it to be clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and we had a great Mountain View, all the staff seemed friendly and efficient, unfortunately that’s where it ends, I appreciate the management will have budgets to to work to but the food on the whole was pretty poor apart from a couple of meals, one night we were served a flat cold lasagne and when it was pointed out to the chef he said, should I throw it away, but was told no, reheat it, he did and brought it back out and it was still cold, he eventually got it warm enough to serve, part of the evening meal offering on other nights included fish fingers and another was chicken nuggets, this might have been ok but there were no children staying in the hotel, beer wine and soft drinks were unlimited during the meal but at 8.30 there was no way of purchasing a drink of any kind, the hotel provided a packed lunch each day but the was woeful and most people binned it and started making their own from items provided for breakfast. Not sure if this because sandwiches are just done differently in Switzerland or just down to cost but it would be better not to provide anything at all and put the saving towards better evening meals"
