Overall OK. I just wanted to sleep. The email with the key codes arrived on time and worked perfectly. The room was unfortunately very small but clean, the bed was almost even smaller. Room service worked invisibly and perfectly. Points are deducted for the size of the room and bed.

In the centre, excellent location close to all services. Opposite there is a baker (excellent croissants), bars, restaurants, bike rental and other restaurants. A few meters away are the shopping center and the bus stop. But the attic room is uncomfortable because it is low, although very large. No staff, automatic check-in.

Arriving by car is exciting... There is no staff, you get an SMS with the required codes... Give way to the parking lot, enter the code. LIFT comes (also an experience) So park and continue to the hotel. The style looks like an 80s charm from an Italian gold fan. Everything with polished brass, green marble etc. Access to the room again with code. Everything clean and well maintained. Bathroom with bathtub. We had a room facing the street, but it was quiet enough. You can have breakfast in the restaurant on the 1st floor (for an additional charge), we did it once. It's better to get to the slopes earlier and order coffee and croissants there. The location right next to the gondola lift is great! So if you're looking for somewhere to sleep with good internet and don't want to go far to the cable car, this is the place for you.

What an amazing surprise! Hillsite Hotel Flims exceeded all of our expectations by a mile. To start with, the entire experience is contactless, making both check-in, check-out, room access, garage access super smooth. You get all the necessary codes upfront and can just focus on getting settled as relaxed as possible. No queues at reception, no unclear instructions on how to access or do what. Everything is simple and clearly explained. In addition, the room we were in was considerably more spacious than what we are used to in "mountain hotels". The two of us, together with our dog settled in for the long weekend very comfortably, with ski equipment going into a warmed room. Apropos skiing: in case you haven't noticed, the hotel is approximately 3 minutes away from the main ski lift of Flims. So, frankly you need to just wake up at a reasonable time to be one of the first on the slopes (managable even with an apres ski hangover :) ). If we would like to highlight something, the cleaning ladies we bumped into during our stay were not initially the friendliest, but let's be honest, it wasn't so bad to change our score and statement that this hotel was one of the top 3 best experiences we've had so far when it comes to places to stay at for skiing in Switzerland. Highly-highly recommended!

I am visiting next week the hotel for the second time, unfortunately once again we have unexpected injuries, ski season you know… for the second time the hotel is being considerate and this nice service is above its amazing location just next to the lift. We look forward for amazing ski and enjoying the hotel once again Highly appreciated

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Flims, direkt bei der Talstation. Die Zimmer sind aussergewöhnlich gross und haben Fensterfronten von oben bis unten. Die Aussicht auf und über Flims und auf die Berge dahinter ist wunderbar - jedenfalls im obersten Stockwerk. Das Haus strotzt nicht gerade vor angesagtem Style, ist aber sauber und gemütlich. Da es ein Self-Check-In-Hotel ist, habe ich tatsächlich während der ganzen drei Tage nie Personal gesehen. Störend war das nicht, aber schon etwas speziell… Und ob es Frühstück gegeben hätte, weiss ich gar nicht.

The price for what you get is extremely fair compared to other hotels in the region. Also it is located immediately next to the lift in the center of Flims. We were surprised as there is no staff employed in the office and you just receive a code for the garage and the room. But that was a very smooth and fast experience as the cumbersome checkin procedure could have simply dropped.
