Das inhabergeführte Hotel steht im ruhigeren und weniger touristischen Flims-Waldhaus. Es liegt direkt in der Nähe der Postauto-Station, so dass man eine hervorragende ÖV-Anbindung hat. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, grosszügig geschnitten und haben alle einen Balkon. Das echte Highlight ist das Personal. Super freundlich, kompetent und einfach klasse. Kleiner Tip. Die Tickets für die Bergbahnen im Hotel kaufen. Viel billiger!

I can only recommend the beautiful Hotel des Alpes in Flims ❤️! The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing throughout our stay and they really stole our hearts when they organized a warm welcome to our two dogs by providing them with a nice bed, as well as food and water bowls. The hotel is in excellent central location and the rooms are modern and clean. A modern swimming pool with a fantastic mountain view was just a cherry on top of this amazing experience. Keep up the good work!!

Très bel établissement avec un accueil très sympa, simple mais efficace avec belle et grande piscine et un parking fermé pour les motos. Facilité avec le restaurant fans le même bâtiment. Joli petit déjeuner avec un large choix de produits de la région.

The friendliest service ever - that is definitely not a given in Switzerland! It makes other "mistakes" seem insignificant. The in-house restaurant il Forno is highly recommended! Wonderful house 🌟

The Hotel des Alpes has very spacious, pleasant, newly renovated rooms and is perfectly adequate for a sports holiday. Very friendly and informal hosts and staff. The food in the restaurant is also excellent! We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

We booked the hotel for 3 nights as a B&B through Free Dreams. With an upgrade we had a large room with a view of the valley. Clean, friendly staff, nice indoor pool and large breakfast buffet. Everything was perfect. If you're hungry, the hotel's own restaurant, Il Forno, is perfect. Great food (e.g. pizza). The hotel is recommended. We'll be back in the summer.

The hotel is centrally located for skiing, 50m from the bus stop, from there it is 3 or 6 minutes to the valley stations. For breakfast there was everything you need, of the highest quality (e.g. meat products, bread). The evening meal was good home cooking, everything was prepared very well. The superior room still looked like it had just been renovated, spacious, rather simply furnished - I felt comfortable. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. A hotel with an excellent price/performance ratio.

We have been to the Hotel Des Alpes several times now. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff there are also friendly and accommodating. I would go again and again, thank you very much.

We stayed a week with family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Guido does a great job and the pizza restaurant is as good as pizza restaurants get! We found it a little odd that the hotel has no traditional bar - the original now a small Japanese style restaurant
