We are delighted with our stay at La Borsa. The apar**ent is perfect, clean, modern, with quality bedding. We received a great welcome, thanks to Vittorio for his smile and his professionalism. The restaurant is great with quality products and great service! A place to really recommend! We will return there for sure!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked Apar**ents La Borsa through Airbnb, hosted by Bita. Because our flight was delayed, Bita told us she could not meet us and we would not be able to check in that night. As a result, we had no lodging for our first night in Florence and had to book elsewhere. She then told us verbally that she would give us a refund for that first night, but after we departed, she refused and stopped responding to our messages. This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had and the worst I’ve ever been treated by an Airbnb host. If you value having a reliable place to stay on your travels, DO NOT stay at these apar**ents (and AVOID Bita).

The location is the strong point of this large comfortable apar**ent, there is really everything you need for an independent stay. The apar**ent is delivered very clean and equipped with much appreciated courtesy kits, as well as all kitchen users. All the staff are very kind and put you at ease. The pizzeria restaurant below is a notable added value, you eat well and being guests of the appoin**ents you receive extra pampering. It is not soundproof.
