First of all, it has the highest ceiling among the hotels I stayed in in Europe.
I loved how spacious it was. The interior seemed to be the most modern!
The location is also very good
It's right between the station and the Duomo Cathedral.
It was very convenient to move around

This was such a lovely room with pretty decor, the staff were friendly and kind. Had a pretty view and the location was perfect for site seeing and for the train station. Breakfast at the cafe was also great. Would definitely stay here again

The location was great, the room was nice, and Maria at the reception was very kind and accurate.
Breakfast at the cafe was included and I was very satisfied.
Since it is close to restaurants and the central market, it is noisy until midnight, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise. The room was spacious and our family of four could spend a relaxing time there.

Das Zimmer war wie abgebildet (renoviert, großzügig) und sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal: nahe am Bahnhof und doch sehr zentral. Das Zimmer zur Seitenstraße war recht ruhig (also auch perfekt). Das Frühstück, das man in einer kleinen Bar/einem kleinen Cafe nebenan einnimmt, war lecker und ausreichend (etwas Süßes und ein leckeres Sandwich). Für Herrschaften mit viel Appetit am Morgen aber sicher zu wenig. Im Cafe kann man aber preisgünstig weitere Sandwiches und süße Alternativen in großer Auswahl kaufen.

Arrived after the desk was manned but as given the three codes needed to enter it was easy. There is a lift as it’s on the third floor and a corridor either side of rooms with a code needed for entry, makes it feel much safer. We stayed in room 5 which is large and spacious and felt clean until the last night. We sat on the sofa bed for a few hours before bed and while sat there got bitten by bed bugs. We informed the lady on the desk at checkout the next morning and just got laughed at.
