convenient location to the main attractions in Florence. We had been to Italy for 8days and here is the best stay we had. The room is clean, modern and lovely. We had breakfast here and the host is super nice. It is a lovely place. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

camera ampia, pulita e ben arredata; personale molto cortese e disponibile; buona colazione; possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Struttura che consiglio senza alcun dubbio (a meno che non si abbiano problemi di deambulazione poiché si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore)

The location was amazing as we were right in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to most major attractions and tons of shops, restaurants and such within walking distance. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, the staff were amazing and we truly loved our 5 night stay here.

The most important thing for travelers to know is that this hotel is on the second floor. To get to it, no elevator, you must climb up four stone/marble (?) flights of 12 steps each. That can be a lot depending on your physical condition and your amount of luggage. It was a shock to me and I dreaded checkout day and dragging my oversized suitcase down the stairs. Someone brought it up for me but not down.
The room was the largest and nicest of our 17 day trip to Italy. The small hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff we met were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and ample.
The hotel is in walking distance to almost anything you want to see in Florence. It is in the center of the tourist area and the location cannot be beat.

Ho prenotato questa struttura su Booking per qualche giorno a Firenze con mio marito. Si trova a 20/30 mt da Piazza della Signoria… la via è via calzaiuoli centralissima la posizione. È un palazzo storico di Firenze, e non ha l’ascensore. Un po’ scomode le scale per i bagagli . Si trova al secondo piano . Arriviamo e ci accoglie una persona simpatica, cortese, gentile , allegra , disponibile ecc.ecc.di nome Antonio (per me Maurizio … ha ha ha ) . Ci mette subito a nostro agio. La camera, nonostante il nostro arrivo prima del check-in verso le 11:30’era già pronta . La sala dove si entra è adibita anche per la colazione… molto pulita, profumata . Ci consegna le chiavi e entriamo in camera . Molto spaziosa ,luminosa , con profumo molto gradevole e con letto king-size . L’affacciata è su via dei calzaiuoli (strada principale… un po’ rumorosa la mattina presto perché puliscono la strada ). Il bagno , con una doccia molto grande e spaziosa . È una bagno cieco … quindi ha la ventola un po’ rumorosa . Però per me la stanza ne vale la pena. La colazione la mattina te le serve Antonio sempre con il sorriso . È abbondante e di ottima qualità. Antonio se chiedi ti fornisce la mappa di Firenze e le principali attrazioni da visitare . Ci ritornerò volentieri…

Posizione super strategica, letteralmente a poco più di 50 passi da piazza della Signoria. Stanza con ogni genere di comfort, letto e cuscini comodissimi, doccia spaziosissima, colazione gustosa, abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Locali puliti e con un profumo di buono che ti proietta in uno stato di pace e benessere. Personale simpatico, sorridente e premuroso, attento alle richieste dei clienti. Il Sig. Antonio, persona con la quale si chiacchiera piacevolmente e che ama il suo lavoro. Stra consigliato e sicuramente la prima scelta che farò in caso di un nuovo soggiorno a Firenze.

Great location. In the centre of things but quite inside and easy to cross the river to the quiter side and great food.
