Clean and sanitary, spacious room, suitable for a family, and the housekeeper is enthusiastic!

All perfect. Beauty, accuracy in every detail, excellent welcome, strategic but calm location. Stay above my expectations. We will definitely be back.

Very large, well located, no air conditioning heating, 17 degrees!! I was very cold (city economy?? because cold air conditioning possible and filling the spa given the size: not economical at all A DECOR fireplace! DAMAGE, , and at night, noise of backflow in bathroom bedroom, 2nd night, foam on the floor and water, visibly washing machine outside apar**ent!! fortunately I turned it on to go to the toilet otherwise I would slip straight away (2 prostheses) No microwave or toaster, no cleaning over 5 nights, blinds missing on certain windows WHAOUH BLING BLING!! because the service is not up to par given the price

I never had time to review my stay here, but I wanted to. We spent a wonderful weekend in Florence, our apar**ent was Accademia, located on the top floor of a recently renovated modern building. Stunning room, also perfect for 3 people as it has a sofa bed on the second floor. Very comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom divided into two areas by a large jacuzzi tub which also acts as a shower, also equipped with LEDs for chromotherapy and which overlooks the room as it is glassed in, but if you want more privacy you can easily pull down the curtain. We organized the check in by telephone, a very kind gentleman explained to us how to open the door and accompanied us to the room, we were honored with a bottle of local wine and typical sweets. On the day of check out they let us easily leave our bags in a room since we had a late train, really appreciated. Leaving the door, on the right with a few steps you arrive at the ancient winery, not crowded compared to the others, on the left however, at the end of the street, there is Piazza Duomo, therefore very central, perfect for always walking around. I highly recommend it, we will gladly return!!

The hotel is very close to our favorite attractions. The hotel room has a large interior space, complete equipment and reasonable price. I am very happy to have booked such a satisfactory accommodation.

The wow effect when you enter the building and the same wow effect when you enter the apar**ent: spacious, elegant without being busy, very clean, double bathroom, and bathtub worthy of a spa, the location is great to visit Florence, a stone's throw from the Duomo, restaurants and shops nearby, parking a few steps away (paid) really a very good choice
