Wow, what a find! My family wanted to buy the apartment and move in. It isn't the easiest property to navigate to but the apartments are incredible! We fully length windows that opened to a view of the Arno, Duomo and all other sights you would want to see. We had that view from windows throughout the property on each level. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. Loved having the kitchen and sitting area with fireplace. Could not have been more pleased with the property.

Quite simply spectacular! Location is amazing, decor is great, the apartment is comfortable, breakfast is tasty with a great range. Ever detail is well looked after.

Great stay in Florence!!!

I would have rated much higher if this hotel admitted that their listing was incorrect rather than adjusting the listing after i had booked and then blaming ******* - All they had to do was admit that the listing said balcony and that the room didn’t actually have one, an apology would have been enough. I raised this issue with the hotel and sent them a screen shot – they then adjusted the listing and told me I was wrong (even though I sent them a copy of the listing – they then blamed ******* for adjusting their listings) WHY LIE IF IT’S A GENUINE MISTAKE?

This apartment tower was excellent. The location is great for us. Fair warning to those who wish to walk around, it is on a rather steep hill. This was no challenge for us, we rather enjoy the exercise. The apartment was the perfect size, bed very comfortable, AC worked great, breakfast and service was excellent. There is laundry service on-site, not self serve so allow a few days to get this done. I would highly recommend this place for couples that do not mind a short uphill stroll.

We stayed here last year for the first time and loved it so much that we went back and this time got a room with a spectacular view of the city. Room had one and a half baths on two floors with a sleeping loft and a small bedroom for one person off to the side, a very nice small kitchen and plenty of closet space. It is on a hill and in a tower so it is not for people who have trouble climbing steps or walking up hill. Even though breakfast is served every morning you need to book a time because the room is only big enough for one party at a time. However you can take it to your room if you like. Concierge service is all by phone and they were very responsive whenever I had to call them. It is more like an apartment with Hotel services. The attention to detail is over the top with an explicit booklet of all you need to have a spectacular stay at this hotel and in Firenze. All the rooms have incredible views, even the bathroom. We would definitely go back. A big shout out to Elisabeta, who prepared the breakfast every morning and was overall "molto gentile"

This was a great quiet place within 2-3 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, grocery, food, and gelato. Right in the heart of things but still quiet.

It is very nice and we felt very safe and enjoyed .It’s right in the middle of everything.We had daily breakfast that was delightful
