샤워실에 유리문이 반밖에없어서 물이 밖으로 세어나가 계속 닦아줘야 했습니다. 그래서 시설은 3점으로 선택 했습니다.
위치는 우피치 미술관이나 피렌체 대성당이 20분정도 걸어야 해서 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 마트가 근처에 있어서 편리했습니다!
서비스는 친절하긴 했는데 이탈리아어로 밖에 대화가 안돼서 의사소통에 불편함이 있었어서 3점으로 선택 했습니다.

The place is very central and we had a flexible check-in. It helped a lot with our late arrival. It is quite and very clean. We used it for your city tour in Florence and having the center in walkable distance was great.

The property is excellent, the people who provide the service are friendly. The only bad thing was that there was construction going on outside and it was a bit difficult to navigate with the suitcase.

The property was easy to find if you know what to look for. They communicated well. We had a problem with the shower getting water all over the floor which evidently was a known issue that the owner was going to deal with. So we had to minimize showers which isn’t fun. It was a quiet location away from the crazy of city center. The lady that cleaned and served breakfast was the highlight. She was wonderful and did her best to communicate with me even thought she can’t speak to much English. We do wish the breakfast was a bit more but it was ok.

Very lovely stay and beautiful team, the room was always comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always on time & served with a smile. There was a lot of construction out the side of the property which may be good to note for future visitors as we got a little lost at check in! Would stay again!

Cleaning lady Arena was excellent. But the management/owner was very rude. But the room was very good.

Great location, employees extremely friendly and helpful, room was perfect, added bonus that the air conditioning made sleeping easy especially in this heat
