The location is really great, suitable for a family, it would be more dangerous to go alone because the door uses a normal household key.
But be aware that your luggage has to go up one flight of stairs! If you have children, please take note!
The facilities are not very demanding, so you can choose here.

Fab location. Ours really was a room with a view. Very a**ospheric. Giuliana was lovely and provided excellent tips, hacks and recommendations. Reasonably quiet considering the busy location. Room was clean, well equipped and spacious

Lovely warm hostess, Giuliana, greeted us and made us feel at home. Gave great recommendations for where to eat and how to get places. Friendly staff. Location cannot be beat!

Giuliana communicated with me the day before check in to ask about the time we would arrive. She was there to greet us the day of arrival and the location was MAGNIFICENT! The Duomo is right outside the front door! The building is very secure and safe. It is old so there is no elevator, but the flights are short. Everything was clean and tidy. Giuliana gave us great recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dining and shopping was right out the front door. We walked everywhere. 10 minute walk to the main train station. We give it 5 stars!!

I absolutely loved this place. It was the most authentic Italian suite we have encountered yet on our trip through Europe. You open up the windows to a breathtaking view of the Duomo square. The most amazing part was the hospitality and generosity of both Liliana and her brother Leonardo. They were so kind and helpful, made our stay a 5-star by itself. Always a welcoming smile, you could tell they loved Florence and wanted you to love it too! I would recommend A Florence View to anyone!
