The place is lovely with overseeing a museum.The surrouding area is really out of a romance movie.Although we had an incident trust me the host Francesca is one of the most gracious,honest,responsible and lovely lady who handle her business with her life.This is her pride and joy.There's an old world charm to her place.We will be back to support her when we come over to florence again.Miss Francesca we want to request to play with your cats when we come over okay.We love you and your place.See u soonest arriverderci!!!!

The location is very convenient and the room is large. This is not a hotel, it is a family room with a kitchen for use. The disadvantage is that the heating pipe in the bathroom is not heated. Comodità, pulizia, precisione riuniti tutti quasi di nascosto dalla città. Sembra di essere in un palazzo antico per sbaglio, poi ti rendi conto che è una struttura ricettiva organizzata, ordinata, comodissima e tutt'altro che isolata. Praticamente a 300 metri dal DUOMO, a un Km dalla stazione di Firenze S.M.Novella. Abbiamo preso 2 camere quadruple, entrambe ampie e dalle volte alte, che danno una forte di idea di spaziosità. In cucina troviamo tutto il necessario per fare una minima colazione. Io, in sedia a rotelle, ho trovato tutto lo spazio aggiuntivo che serve in questi casi. Faccio i complimenti al gestore che mi ha inviato fotografie, video e misure dell'ascensore per valutare la capienza rispetto alla mia sedia a rotelle.....donna di grandissima gentilezza, professionalità e garbo. Tornando a Firenze la sceglierei assolutamente di nuovo.

Convenient and comfortable apartment, clean, new and well furnished, with use of the kitchen and view of the Accademia gallery. Possibility to park in a nearby garage 100 m away and in a strategic position a stone's throw from the cathedral, in the heart of the historic centre. Very kind, friendly and extremely helpful owner. Super recommended.

In the center, you can park in a garage just 100 meters away. In 15 minutes you can get anywhere. Nice, clean, large apartment in a period building. Small kitchen, nice large bathroom. Friendly and helpful owner. Everything OK!
